STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
Long story short, Our friends dog had come in because she wasn’t feeling good or moving the way she should. X-rays were done and they saw the mass(cancer) on the dog but since she came because she was having discomfort on her hind legs they didn’t tell her about it.
It felt like it’s all about the money with this vet and I get it they need to make money, but for them to not let the owner know about the tumor on the dog’s leg is sickening in my opinion.
Weee pulling our two dogs away from this place and looking for a new one

I’m so grateful for Dr. Jackson and her team. Her many years of experience shows. They’re all helpful and caring. If they say they will follow up they do. I never feel taken advantage of. Their prices are fair as well. I definitely recommend this veterinary office. I trust my two babies here.

I love this vet. I've gone here for over ten years and have never been disappointed. They are very reasonably priced and only do thats necessary to treat your pet. I've never felt taken advantage of when going here.
They do emergency appointments that can honestly be a life saver. They remember you and your pets, making you feel welcome.
I recommend this place to everyone.

Had the best service. Also, the most reasonable vet bill I've had in town. I drive from Kyle Ranch and Sparks. Just to get the service at Pinion animal Hospital. The Staff is amazing. ? My little Jack Jack, Was treated very well. He recovered perfectly. He had a nail crack and had to have it removed. The vets in Sparks charged me $500. They had to put him down. He is a Boston terrier. This vet was $340. It's the OG animal hospital. SSH !!! Don't tell anyone.

Pick a more professional veterinary office. The wait times are horrendous, expect to sit for at least an hour. One time I received an email saying I had a follow-up appointment. I drove across town, stressed my pet out, and when I got there they said oops sorry it was a computer mistake. I forgave it the first few issues, everyone has off days, but it's every single visit. Today they wrote down my pet's vitals on a napkin using a sharpie. If you bring your pet in the exam cell, many of the exam rooms have only one small corner bench so if you bring a second person don't expect for them to have anywhere to sit while you wait 45 minutes for the vet to come in. I also feel the doctors here have a gatekeeper business philosophy and they put profit above pet health.

I am so glad that I decided to bring my cat here. The staff and the doctors here are fantastic and super friendly. Any time I call with questions they always get back to me quickly. I know I can trust them with my fur-baby and she'll be loved on and taken care of.

Good care. Wish they had a better system for keeping clients informed of our pets’ due-dates for check ups, tests, vaccines, etc. How bout a mobile app or online account that gives us everything we need at the touch of a finger? It’s 2024, so I’m not suggesting something unheard of.

Overpriced unfriendly unkind egotistical place! Rude impatient staff and Vets! I don’t recommend to anyone!

Friendly staff. Small lobby, can get busy .Edit 2-11-24;Seek a second opinion when using this vet as your primary. They give you vague information and minimal options of care. If they don't want to work on helping your pet recover they will professionally tell you that you need to put your pet down. They don't review medical records, they insist you do things that have already been done instead of treating the issue. Try to diagnose things without results than correct themselves when results are in. GET A SECOND OPINION!

They used to care but not any more. They couldn't care less about your animals. Wait time is at least 1.5 hours after your appointment. They are unorganized and charge for services not rendered. Not kind to my puppy. I've been a client since 1997 and I'm sad to see what has happened to this practice. I will never go back.

Went here for my boy's neutering surgery, and it was a great experience! Upon arrival, we were greeted right away and check in was easy! Didn't even experience too long of a wait from check in to see the doc! They made sure everything was clear and questions were answered prior to surgery and all the staff seemed very loving to all pets throughout the day! They called to give an update and let us know what time for pickup, it all seemed so easy. They even asked if he needed any additional vaccines or cleanings done (which we did!) and did complimentary nail trimmings and ear exams while under anesthesia. We were also given sedative pills to help our hyper boy relax in order for his stitches to heal- SO APPRECIATED! Overall, a perfect experience. We originally came here because this place offered the cheapest neutering in town (i literally called 10+ places) but NOW i think we will stick to this place! Thank you!

Whenever I try to call I always get a busy signal and can never get ahold of anyone. I had called multiple times throughout the day and got a busy signal every time I tried to call. Might as well be closed if you don't answer phones.
