I like this place to get something for my dog after a swim or training session as a reward. So I go in to shop, not get unwanted bad advice from an employee. My dog trainer would've lost it at the bad advice she was telling me. I wish I refuted her, but I just wanted to buy my stuff and get out. Just a condescending unnecessary interaction, and I worry about other bad unprofessional training advice she's telling other customers now.

Very friendly and helpful staff! One of the gal's who works their made a great recommendation for my pup's new food and even suggested on bringing the food back for an exchange for something else if my dog wouldn't like it.

Pet Station is the best! My dog Brocko loves Instinct raw food. He loves the fish or rabbit food pellets the best.Pet Station has some wonderful staff at any given location within the Reno area. Pet Station is your fur persons favorite store!

I love coming here to get my pet's food or any pet necessities. Everyone is so friendly and nice. I barely have to wait for help because they are always available. The location is very convenient (right next to Marshall and across the street from Starbucks).

Great place to buy crickets for my praying mantis that is our class pet at Five Hearts preschool. Their prices are really good! Service is great also.

Really sad to see the customer service go downhill. The so called ‘assistant manager’ Ally was extremely rude and didn’t even let me get me two words out before saying No. She went as far as to tell me that she only does those type of returns when people really make a fuss, as if I was the biggest inconvenience and making a show of it. The worker ringing me up looked embarrassed as all this was happening. This is the one that’s less than 5 min down the street but now I’ll be driving across town just to make sure I avoid that worker. Really really disappointing, especially coming from someone who’s supposedly a higher up. Maybe she should act like it.

The staff are very friendly and the store is clean and organized. Unfortunately, my husband and I went with our 4 month puppy to look for a no pull harness or collar and no one in the store had any knowledge. We went to the South Meadows Store on 10/15/22 around 4pm and needed assistance and the comment the associate who was a guy said was "I never put one of those on" so unfortunately, we left and no sale was made. Please make sure that your staff are well trained in knowledge so they can assist pet owners

10/12/2022Every time I've shopped, I've always had great customer service!I love that it's located next to Sprouts and Marshall's!My picky dogs finally found a food that they are liking ..happy dogs= happy furr dog momma..It's been great that if your pet doesn't like the new foods, you can simply return..Yesterday, I actually found a small bag of bird food...I didn't appreciate or even notice birds, until moving to Reno..Caught the birds eating breakfast this morning!
