The employee was knowledgeable and had some first-hand experience using the supplements on her feline. The store was clean, well-organized and had a great variety of items. 907 W Moana Ln, RenoI purchased several fish from this shop a few months ago for my planted tank. I just wanted to write this review solely for the Snowball Amano Shrimp + Zebra Spiny Eel. They are AMAZING. I love these little guys and didn’t think I would enjoy them, but they are so comfortable in this tank that they will hunt bloodworms and fly across the tank. It’s awesome to watch, and I even witnessed one molt at one point which was so cool to see. Since then all of them have molted quite a bit and grown. I will be back! I took this photo right before cleaning the wood don’t judge lol

I brought my TYM (John Deere and Kobota parts) tractor to them for repairs.While it is taking longer than any of us had hoped, they have been very easy to work with. My only disappointment is that I've had to call them for information more often than I would have wished. It would have been nice if they had called me with updates more regularly

I took her to a groomer here in Reno, who called me an hour later and asked me to pick up my dog, because she was snapping at them. Someone on Nextdoor recommended Lulu's. I called and explained the situation to Jackie. Jackie listened carefully and asked me to bring Pixie in early before others arrived. She let Pixie explore and get acquainted, then started grooming her gently and slowly. It took the whole day, but I had a beautiful and much more relaxed dog when I picked her up that afternoon. Jackie and the entire staff are wonderful, patient, and caring.

3653 Kings Row, RenoA variety of tests did not give us the best news ever, but Dr. Roberts was both professional and personable in delivering it. She presented all the facts and options without pressuring or guilting. When asked what she would do for her pet in this situation she was honest and ultimately supportive of my decision for comfort care.
The front desk staff were also empathetic to the situation, but I really have to say that, based on previous experiences with the medical staff here, these five stars are for Dr. Roberts more than the clinic itself.
So if you’re reading this, thank you so much for helping us figure out the situation, determining a plan for the days left, and for sharing some tears and a hug with us. Koala and I are beyond grateful.

They were incredibly kind, patient, and informative. The team took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, the staff involved, and what to expect afterward.
When we started discussing scheduling, I mentioned an upcoming trip, and they worked with me to ensure I could be home during Worf's recovery rather than leaving him in someone else's care. They were very transparent about the financial aspects, clearly explaining necessary procedures, optional treatments, and the potential long-term implications of different choices. Despite the high costs, I never felt pressured. They truly helped me make rational decisions during a highly emotional time.
The care they provided was all-encompassing—not just for Worf but for me as well. They genuinely considered my needs as a pet owner while ensuring my dog received the best possible treatment. I highly recommend Southwest Veterinary Hospital for their compassionate, thoughtful, and thorough approach.

I made reservations to have them re-evaluated.. a few weeks back.. Dropped them off this morning and they stayed until 3:30.. Staff was friendly and Cece was also there to greet them.. Received a call mid -morning and they passed with flying colors.. There are many advantages of bringing the dogs here and will fit our needs more.. Our two Jack Russells just finished their 10 day training & it is amazing to see the difference in them. Callie is 5 yo and needed some confidence building & she is much more confident now. Finn is 6 mo and needed all the foundational skills. He has made huge strides in minding commands. There was also some aggression with each other with toys & food & also some with other dogs while on walks and they pulled so hard on leash. They now heel quite well, apart and together. Whether going on longer walks, or shorter, the pups are mentally engaged & focusing really well. The place command is going to be substantial so the pups have a safe place to remain while we are preoccupied with cooking, as example. I loved how Rick sent updates of the work they completed each day & the videos to see the progress. We also appreciate the opportunity later, if needed, to have refresher training. We are planning to travel quite a bit with the pups, so this will make them more balanced for all types of scenarios. Pickup day was exciting for all of us & to see the dogs responding so well to our commands so quickly cements that they understand what they’ve learned with this program. Winston has graduated from 3 obedience classes taught by Susie Jensen, and he has become a much better behaved, calm, and confident dog. As a rescue dog, he is reactive to other dogs, although he loves people. Susie did an in home consultation and gave me guidance about helping him overcome reactivity, then he started obedience classes. He loves the classes and even enjoys practicing his new skills at home. Dog Training by PJ is reward/affirmation based, and they do not use or recommend prong or shock collars. The classes are fun, relaxed, informative, and highly effective. PJs was recommended to us by our vet and I highly recommend them too.

We originally thought she would be a candidate for french ring/mondo (fortunately - we think - she did mellow out a bit). Obedience, sleeve work, basic/intro to scent training/tracking were all worked through with Trevor before we were educated enough to branch out work with her on our own. We absolutely would not have survived the first year with our (adorable) monster without Trevor's guidance.

Some of the drinks can be a little small, which is my only gripe, but this is still one of my favorite bars in Reno!

119 Bell St, RenoI have no words. I had been emailing Krista since last year preparing because I knew my baby's time was drawing near. Communication is too notch. Any questions I had- answered. Accommodations - met. Dr. Green was very patient with our family as we said goodbye. I appreciate the in home services. I wanted my boy to be as peaceful as he could be and he was. Most of my human family has passed on and I must say the compassion, empathy and overall care for not only my sweet boy but my family was next level. I didn't experience such compassion and care when my mother passed. So, when I say just how sweet all the staff were , you just can't imagine how blessed I feel to have found this place. I'm not sure if it's customary or not but the condolences note we received from Dr green just made me ball like a baby. Thank you again for all you do it takes a strong soul to be the arms that can carry the weak when we need it.
