I love love love love this hotel ❤️❤️ I love the Tuscany towers. I love all the restaurants that are inside this hotel. I love the swimming pool area. The last night we were there we went to eat at Biscotti something light for dinner. Martha was our server she is very good at what she does. I ordered some soup and we also ordered a roast beef sandwich and we ordered drinks. We have eaten at every restaurant that this hotel has. The Sea food one the streak one the Italian the Chinese one Etc etc. Peppermill I think it's one of the best hotels in Reno!!❤️

We came back to the Peppermill Reno for our anniversary again. Everything was going great until the early hours of 2:30 AM: My husband's wallet came up missing. As you know, there are security cameras everywhere in the casino, and that even if a chip was missing on their end, all hell would break loose. At first security didn't want to check the cameras at that time there was a lack of compassion or urgency. The following morning after insisting and being persistent and new people working @ security they were able to find the perpetrator on the cameras in 15 minutes. They saw the act, found the perpetrator and her info, she was staying at the hotel and as she was checking out they just 86'd her and they didn't do anything more. They let her walk right out of the hotel. If they would have checked when my husband asked in the first place they would been able to recoup the wallet and money. Peppermill had the right to detain people, but didn't choose to do that, even though they had proof that she stole from us. I am very disappointed how things were handled and will not ever be coming back! Nobody reached out to us in management. I'm very sad how this was poorly handled.
I didn't feel safe, and I felt like they didn't want to protect their players or the players money.

Enjoyed everything except the oceana restaurant. The seafood place. It's probably one of the worst tasting foods I had in years. I even had the chef call me for me to explain what was wrong with the food while I was mid drive to Lake tahoe. I hate talking bad about things, but it was bad. Just being honest, my bad homie! Hope they don't get you in trouble again.

My sister's mother-in-law always gets a room here for my sister and her family whenever they visit from Vegas. They always give her a room viewing the pool. We all go there to hang out and we love it! I will always hold this place dear as it's one of the places where me and our family bond very comfortably. This hotel is just wonderful!
Rooms: Love it!
Safety: Locks are great and doors are heavy. Good security.
Food & drinks: Delicious food! Love pastries!

Great resort for the price! The pools were amazing with great views of the resort. Rooms need a bit of an upgrade but still very clean. Lots of options for food at the resort.

Rooms: I thought that the room was very nice and comfortable!
Food & drinks: We ate at several restaurants in the hotel and had drinks at the bar. All were very good!

Absolutely disgusting experience at checkin. I wanted to book the identical room for two nights on Expedia and keep the same room which I was told was not possible. I asked for it to be escalated and was then told that it was possible but further wrangling meant that the room had then been booked online. As I walked away the supervisor said “it has been a pleasure”. I confronted her about it and she said that was her training. But it was pointedly sarcastic and very obviously so as it had been anything other than a pleasure. I do not understand businesses who - while someone is trying to give them money - don’t ask “how can I make their life easier?” Suffice to say I will not stay a second night. Lovely hotel structurally but this interaction is indicative of very very poor training. After 6 weeks travelling across America this is the worst interaction I’ve had. Just awful. Go to Atlantis. Or literally anywhere else.

The staff was friendly but could have used more information on how to get to our room. It ended up being a very long walk, down 2 different hallways, had to cross a bridge and use 2 elevators to get there. The room appeared updated but had a strong smell of smoke even though it was in a non-smoking section. The restaurants and bars were clean, Casino was decent. With a pool, arcade, shops and many restaurants. There are plenty of fun things to do at the peppermill.

We didn't stay at hotel but the facilities and casino are awesome!
Food & drinks: Biscotti restaurant is the best! Wide variety of food choices. I recommend the prime rib french dip! Service was top notch!
