For canadian customers we are now being treated to a 19$ UPS delivery. Plus you pay another 19$ to return the item, taxes paid are not reimbursed.

They only kept me for 1 day. Was looking forward to long term partnership with a reputable company. Your loss.

You get what you pay for. It may be a cliche but it is true with Patagonia gear. I have bought a fair share of items over the years and the products have always been top notch. I bought a couple pairs of fleece sweat pants many years ago (could be several decades) and although they have seen their better days the only thing really wrong with them was the drawstring had broken and I had lost the end. I was advised by many to toss them but they are still wearable as loungers or work-around-the house pants. I went on the Patagonia website and they offered a repair service. (Full disclosure: I was embarrassed that I was unable to fix them myself but I did try.) I set up an account, paid a nominal fee that covered the postage and I sent them off. About a month later I got them back fixed and I could not be more happy. The drawstrings were now better than before and they even fixed a missing pull on the back zipper. Patagonia gear is not cheap in price but is just superior quality to the others. Thank you Patagonia!!!! Thank you Patagonia repair employees!!!!!!!!They even sent me a thank you card!!! I have posted a pic of said card!

Thank you very much Patagonia, the agent who arranged the return shipping, and especially Nikki, who processed the repair of my beloved Teal Hooded Soft-Shell Parka. After many years of use the jacket’s zipper finally wore out. Although I replaced the old parka with a new Red Snowshot parka (which I like very much), I will no doubt continue to wear the repaired jacket for more years to come. Please communicate my thanks to those involved who participated in this great service. Michael Goldston, Star, Idaho.
