Busy and short handed yet the customer assistance was exceptional. Craig answered phones, greeted incoming customers and maintained quality service all at the same time. I was given ample time to explain my needs for a chainsaw and also to ask about service on my current chainsaw. I went back a week later after deciding which saw I did want and again was rewarded with great customer service. I purchased a Husqvarna and asked how much it would cost to have my other saw looked at. Prices are what they are here in Reno, but it was hard to stomach the answer of $150 plus repairs. Thankfully the sales clerk asked what was going on with my saw and said, maybe it's bad fuel and the "fix it fuel" will fix it. 19$ later my old husky is up and running now as well. I think this associates name was Steve? Well thank you! It made my day when my saw fired up! I highly recommend this sales and service shop for any of your outdoor power needs.

I arrived about an hour before they closed, on Monday of the 2023 New Year Holiday. There had been an unusually heavy snow for Reno, NV a couple of days prior and everyone was scrambling to either buy new equipment, or have their equipment serviced. All I needed was to have the tire from my snow thrower reset to the bead of the wheel. I was expecting to pay for their time, and maybe supplies if the wheel needed a new valve. The shop was very busy, but I didn't mind waiting because it was my first time I'd been there and got to see all the products they had on display. They helped the customers before me, politely and efficiently until it was my turn. I handed my tire and wheel to the service writer, Kevin, I think his name was, who asked me to wait while he checked to see if the tech could do the work right then. Kevin returned about five minutes later and handed me my wheel and tire, which had been repaired. I asked him how much I owed him, to which he smiled and replied, "nothing, Happy New Year". Needless to say I was surprised, and asked if he was sure. He again stated there was no charge. I didn't know what to expect when I visited the shop, but I can tell you that they have excellent customer service, and definitely earned my repeat business in the future. I can highly recommend Outdoor Power!

These guys completely exceeded my expectations. They explained that the chainsaw I had in mind had features that were unnecessary and sold me a slightly different version that was LESS expensive! They spent a lot of time with me going through the nuances of the saw and gave me advice for how to keep it running for that maximum lifespan. I came back with a question and they took the time again to help me. They understood my experience level and respectfully gave me all the knowledge I need to improve my understanding of the equipment. Highly recommend!
