I purchased a pack of headlights and I couldn’t get them installed. I assumed I had been sold the wrong part.
You know what happens when you assume.
Kyle helped me install the headlights and get on with my day. He was kind and professional, thanks again Kyle. Easton, who originally sold me the part, was also awesome!

2/5/2024- Very grateful to have an auto parts store nearby. For the life of me, could not get one of the terminals off.. Took the battery in and also had them see if it was dead.. Staff so helpful! Battery completely dead- Happy to get new terminals for free! Received a $10 credit for the dead battery! Left with new terminals and .27 cents! A great day!

When into borrow a tool. Never been turned away at any auto store in my life. Maybe I was just in the wrong zone. The tool I wanted to borrow was a T20. Take off my plate, it's a star nut. Maybe they didn't have it. I just have never been turned away before. They said they don't lend out that tool specifically. Anyway, thanks a lot, Pedro, you have a good day, brother.

Be careful when renting tools from orielys when using cash. had 48 hrs to return item . Brought it back in less than 24hrs but they had said that they couldn’t return me my money cause they didn’t have enough money in the register or safe . Asked if I can go to another orielys all they told me was I’m not sure.

Several employees sitting around doing nothing. None had any interest in helping. Sold me the wrong part. I know it’s hard to get good employees these days, but come on. This location is a disaster.
