Great... I was across the street at Auto Zone. It was a tired day and I had to buy a battery. I did not want to take out and replace. I needed to be back at work at 1 am.I ask the guy if they put batteries in. He said yes, but we generally don't do it at night. He walked inside, expecting me to follow to purchase a battery. I got in my car and drove across the street to O'Reilly. Knowingly, I should have come here first.

Clean store. Friendly staff. Still have high prices on most hard parts tho.Also, parking is limited, but they park the delivery trucks right in front of the door. I always thought those spots should be left open for customers...

This was about 3:00 p.m. on 11/19/23.Called in advance to see if they do oil recycling, which they do. Conveniently the fact that their tank was full was not communicated and I ended up wasting a trip to this location only to be told at the front desk by a grumpy man that the tank is full and that it is emptied on Mondays. To make something useful out of this trip I asked to see the oil filters they have in stock available for my car. The markup on the filters was unbelievable and could not possibly justify a purchase unless one wants to do so for the thrill of bleeding money, i.e. nobody. To put it gently, I am thoroughly disappointed. This location will not be recommended to family and friends, and seeing some of the other reviews it seems that I am not the only one that holds this sentiment.Jiffy lube on the other side of the block took care of oil recycling with great service. I even offered them money to assist with their fees because I was so impressed. They politely declined and did everything for free.

✨ Awesome customer service! I arrived about 30 minutes to closing, there were two employees outside on a break(the store was empty), as soon as they saw me driving in they both immediately walked back inside. Both of them greeted me and assisted me. Shortly after another customer walks in and he is treated just as kindly as I was! Definitely ? recommend this branch.

This has become a go-to location for me for certain automotive items, as it is close by to my drive and I have always experienced delightful service at this location. I have found it to be well-staffed with knowledgeable and polite people, bright, very clean, and with plenty of parts in stock. I have mainly used to buy automotive accessory items, like hand cleaner, which I use to remove the sticky adhesive left by hook grip tape on my thumbs from weightlifting, or a magnetic extension back scratcher. For some reason, I get back itches in difficult-to-reach places, and I keep these squirreled away everywhere, like in my bathroom, gym bag, near my bed, near my computer, etc. I have bought these backscratchers here a lot, so much so that I now see they have like six in stock, when most O'Reilly's have just one or two, lol. That's the thing, you not only can find automotive parts and tools here as expected, but also eclectic accessory items, like the aforementioned back scratchers, USB chargers, keychains, carabiners, even refrigerated drinks. It's fun to shop here. A good thing about this, any O'Reilly Auto Parts is that they offer free electrical testing, like to see the state of your battery and alternator. They also do starters, but those must be off the vehicle for them to test. I have used them in the past to diagnose whether I have a weak battery or my alternator is actually the problem. And they can jump start you, for free, if need be. They can be a little difficult to access if you are traveling south on Longley Lane, as you first need to turn left onto Patriot Way (due to a cement barrier on Longley preventing left turns), then right onto a private plaza roadway. The O'Reilly can be hard to find, as there isn't a large sign on this back road, and it is easy to turn into the businesses beforehand from which you can't access O'Reilly. But this is a small price to pay for going to this wonderful location. I love coming here!

Gave me the wrong part for my car after I told them exactly what I needed according to my manual. Then they refused to exchange it, regardless of the mistake on their part. Don't go here unless you want to waste money. And keep your receipt for if/when they give you wrong parts.

They do not stay open until 9. Got there 11 minutes before closing and the doors were locked, sign was off, and calls were ignored. I'm assuming you would need to get there 30 minutes before closing so the service isn't rushed.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!Had the battery on the car checked and they said it was perfectly fine. 2 hours into our trip, and the battery completely died/ was not good. Very upset that we had to pay for a tow truck plus wait 6 hours outside for the tow truck. Our trip was canceled because of there misdiagnosis. Thanks! Never returning!!
