Put up with my frustration and helped me fix a problem the other store charged me for a different part and pulled the wrong part and they helped me fix it and get the correct part and reimburse me for the wrong part towards the new part of course but still handled everything accordingly and corrected all the problems from the Sun valley store thank you very much

I trust O'Reilly's for all my basic car needs. There always spot on for proper parts replacement. It's a rare occasion, I have to go back for an exchange. Nobody is perfect. It's important to know the exact model of your vehicle going in. As long as they get the right info, you will get the right part. Be sure to ask for military discount, if you're a veteran! Every penny helps.

There was a young man there, Julian, came out to check if my tire chains were correct help me notice the manufacturing defect, and got me replacement chains. Both young gentleman working were very nice, and quick to help me with whatever I needed. Above and beyond.

Julian at the South Virginia store in Reno was such a great help. He helped me find the exact battery I needed for a key fob and helped me install it. He even tested it afterwards to make sure it was working. All this on a Sunday morning. Thanks so much, Julian.

I've purchased many parts here when I need to do minor car repairs. The staff is always friendly and helps every customer that comes through the doors. If they don't have the part in the store, they get it really fast. Not the cheapest prices, can go to Walmart next door and get the same stuff a lot cheaper for maintenance items like air filters and oil filters. Other items Walmart doesn't have, O'Reilly has or can get. Store is always clean and well organized.
