I like this place but the employees have no prioritization skills. You can set aside the 50 articles of clothing you’re going through to look up 2 toys instead of quoting an hour+ wait time

Oreana (I forgot the spelling ?) is an awesome worker! She gladly finished my offer real quick even if there's a wait time of about 2hrs because my husband has to go to work and he can't be late!

Over priced. Clothes are definitely used. Stollers and bouncers were not clean, looked old and really dirty and asking $25-45 when new they are not much more. Protect your kids, but it new. Honestly, you can buy a set of onesies or clothes at Ross, Burlington, TJax, Marshalls for $12 for 3. Brand new. Most of their items were priced at $3.50-4.50. not worth it used.

Update: I went in a few weeks after my initial review, and they were much more pleasant this time! Updating from 2 stars to 4.Like others have said, the people who work here seem unhappy. When I use to frequent the place a couple of years ago, I was always greeted and my questions answered respectfully. This time, there was no greeting, and when asking about a specific item they seemed to have little stock in, she intended it was my fault for not shopping earlier. The selection is good but overwhelming, can barely look through the clothing with the space provided. Store wasn’t busy.

I bought clothing here for a little girl who lived with us. The dresses and pants were darling, clean and fairly priced. I also bought a couple of toys, the toy room is a bit disheveled but children are often playing with the toys so it's expected. When I have to buy anything for a baby or child, this is my first place to visit.

We frequent this baby resale store quite often. They have a huge selection for all sizes, although more girl options than boy options which is normal anywhere you shop for kids clothes it seems. The prices on most things are usually pretty reasonable and the service is always quick and friendly. My biggest complaint of this particular store is the music they play. It is absolutely horrid. They seem to only play old emo music or Religious music and it's blasted so loud it becomes unbearable after about 15 mins and usually is the reason we end up leaving before we're done shopping. We've sold many things here and while they give you the option to take cash or credit, they don't offer an increased amount if you choose credit, as most buy/sell places do. Lastly, if you're looking for something particular, be prepared to have to look through every rack and bin as every time we go, we find it terribly unorganized. Lots of girls clothes in the boys section, all sizes where they don't belong, etc. If you're into saving money and scavenger hunts, this is your place. We like the price and we like that we can find things not every kid has. (like every 2 yr old at our daycare has the same 4 colors of Target cargo pants)

This little thrift shop is getting better every time I go! It has really good variety, including baby and children's clothes, shoes/boots, furniture such as cribs and play pens, strollers, books/movies, toys/games, and even kids jewelry. I also believe you can bring in gently used items to get cash back, but store is usually looking for good quality brand-name items to purchase, but you can probably still donate items.

I really should come in here more - it is a great place to find affordable children's items/clothing. The staff I've encountered are always kind which makes it a pleasant shopping experience. They are quick to apologize when the lines are super long to check out. The store itself is a little too small in my opinion, things feel cramped and it's hard to have more than two people in the same aisle. And when you first walk in you usually have to dodge some high chairs/bassinets to get to the clothing. I do love that they have so many options/sizes for the kiddos. I usually go to look for shoes which can be really easy or really difficult. I've found a few gems that I love for my daughter, but it often takes digging through multiple bins and even looking at the sizes just above and below because they get mixed up often. You just have to be ready to search. Overall, it is a great store for the prices and I don't mind spending time searching for items.

Love coming to once upon a child. They have affordable clothes for growing kids. The staff has always been super friendly and always greet you when you come in . Definitely recommend shopping here on a budget. They always have random sales which I like.

Decent selection. The prices are all over the place. A simple trucker style cap was $4.50, but a collectible Mickey Mouse plush still in the box was $6.50. A hideous, beat up tricycle was $40 when a brand new one goes for $58 at Walmart. The toy section was an absolute mess. Tripping hazards everywhere. While my 2.5 year old & me were looking for stuff, a disgruntled employee comes over & starts SLAMMING toys around in an effort to tidy up(?). We left right after that as it made me very uncomfortable to have someone seemingly throwing a fit next to my child. Not the greatest experience.

I really do like this store. I have two kids (10yrs and a 4 month one) and as a parent you know kids grow fast! Being able to buy their stuff here really helps! All of the stuff is in really good condition. I always end up buying items every time I go. Another great thing about this store is the selling! I love to take my kids stuff here that they no longer fit or want. I have always had a great amount of things bought from me and get a good amount of money for the items. The staff isn't always the friendliest but there are some employees who are very kind. I honestly go here about twice a month.

I've been back and forth about writing this review for a long time, but it's finally time. I've shopped here for many, many years, to try to support a local business, but never again. Last week will be the last time I will ever spend any money here. I believe she's the owner, possibly the owners wife... middle aged woman, short hair... she is just so extremely rude, and miserable in general. She has rung me up a few times and her attitude is always so poor. Treating staff and customers so rudely. Makes sense as to why there's a team of rude staff as well. I've taken clothes in to sell them, and you can tell that they don't even look through everything. You spend half of the day waiting for your items to be looked at, go back and pick up what they don't want, and more times than not, there sits brand new clothes, with tags, in season, sitting at the bottom of the box, the exact same way I put them in there. So clearly staff is lazy and doesn't even look through everything. They used to give you more of a store credit for selling things if you chose that instead of cash and I always ask about it anytime I sell here. I'm always told they no longer do that. The very last time I sold a bunch of stuff here, the owner (or wife) was pushing for me to take store credit (so they didn't have to give me money for everything I had sold) I told her, "wow I've been asking about this for years but get told that's no longer a thing". She just didn't want to have to pay me... but knowing I was going to stop shopping here, I told her I'd prefer cash and I could tell she was very bent out of shape about that. She stood there and watched as I took all the hangers off the clothes I bought, and bagged everything myself. Thought that was their job... I've also called ahead several times, asking if they are taking certain items, are told yes, so I drive all the way there and then get told they don't want the item because "they don't have enough space" for it. Probably should tell people that over the phone when they call. The clothes aren't great here, pretty common to look through clothes and find stained, torn, or gross items. You're really only saving a couple dollars a shirt, so I'd rather go to Walmart or Target and just buy a new shirt for $2 more. Like I said, I really wanted to support a local business but I just can't continue supporting a business where the owner treats good customers the way she does, and charges silly prices for used clothes that shouldn't even be sold at goodwill.
