4/16/2024- I can't believe it's been three years since our last visit.. Initially, I was looking to have a back up boarding.. for the furry ones.. I made reservations to have them re-evaluated.. a few weeks back.. Dropped them off this morning and they stayed until 3:30.. Staff was friendly and Cece was also there to greet them.. Received a call mid -morning and they passed with flying colors.. There are many advantages of bringing the dogs here and will fit our needs more.. Thank yo so much for remembering us and look forward to going on a longer vacation- with piece of mind..

On Command is so kind. We just moved near one of their locations, and have been trying to find a good grooming spot. We called and they squished us in for a nail trim without a worry. Then we set up his online profile and a groomer created an appointment for him- which I thought was today. Turns out it’s next week, and they still put in the effort to give him a good nail trim before our actual grooming session next week.

I board my two dogs here and they seem to love it as much as we do. The facility is clean and they have individual kennels to house them. My dogs ( a shitzu and a bichon Frise) are small enough to share one kennel. The staff is friendly and good about following instructions for feeding and medications. I even request for my dogs to walk on leads with harnesses and they oblige, otherwise they use a choke collar which I don't care for. They don't mingle with other dogs and get walked every couple hours for exercise and to relieve themselves. This facility also offers daycare and grooming.

My dog, Sage, loves this place: play dates, grooming, training and occasional boarding. The staff love dogs and are friendly and kind. And, it is clean.

The customer service was outstanding. Our pups were treated very well and they looked adorable after their first visit for grooming today. It was a pleasure picking up happy dogs. Can't wait for the next visit.

We have gone to OnCommand twice now for dog grooming. Fabulous job with my anxious dogs. The staff are very caring. The facility is spotlessly clean. I am so happy with Matt the groomer. I look forward to next time!!

I was late to my pickup for my dog Cherry, but everyone there was very accommodating, allowing me to pick her up the next morning without issue. Very polite and understanding staff.
