I needed a white-out pen to cover a distracting blue dot on my Christmas photo cards. I wasn't sure if this item was even on the market. But when I asked the friendly clerk at my local Reno Office Depot about it, she knew exactly what I was searching for and directed me to the appropriate aisle where I found the Bic Wite-Out.I appreciate the help of Office Depot staff. And this pen is just what I needed!

3 weeks ago my wife ordered return address labels. They were supposed to be same day pick up. Well apparently they were not same day pick up no where on the website did it say the labels we ordered would have to be ordered. After a week of them not being avaible for pick up. An employee told us the had to order them and they would call us when they arrived. The following week we were told they were avaible so she drove there and the didn't even have them . She was told we would get a call when they show up. 2 weeks goes by my wife calls and they still are not ready and is told they will call her. Well here it is 3 weeks later and she had to go there yo find out if they ever showed up. Well they showed up last week and we never got a call. Now we are 3 weeks late getting invitations out for our wedding.

Ink not carried and I bought the printer there during Covid. Tried to get lamination done, argued with. Told to wait, shopped, went back for it, and was told I had to come back in a couple of hours as they simply could not get to one item.
