What a great customer service experience. The General Manager, Steve Keller, took time to personally help me get the right toner. Then, he offered me an amazing "Business Account" that provides great perks. The cashier was busy, so he took the time to sign me up. They have won my business! Went to Office Depot with the sole purpose of finding and purchasing an office chair for my home office. As I was walking in, there were signs stating office chair sale 60% off. The display upon entering had a chair set up. I sat in it and it was perfect. Found the right color and was in and out in 10 min. Put this chair together at home with easy installation and tools included. My ass will be forever grateful. If you need office products or furniture you'll OD at OD with great selection, prices and customer service.

I ordered an office chair online for pick up at the store. It was assembled and ready for pick up at the time promised. The gentleman who helped me at the store took the chair and put it in the car for me.

Odered 200 copies to be printed and paid for hole punching. When I went to pick up I checked my order and they were not hole punched. When I asked the woman if she could hole punch them since I paid for that service she proceeded to hand me a hole puncher to do it myself. What is the point of paying for a service if they cannot do their job.
