1/10/2024- Popped in yesterday to see if I could find an inexpensive computer desk.. I ended up returning the standing one at the big box store.. (someone said they wanted and then changed his mind!!)... Plus my youngest paid for it, but still couldn't get a yes.. I love how convenient it is and the staff always helpful.. It's great that they also give a discount if you are a Farm Bureau member.. but only on certain items.. (which mine wasn't).. Ended up getting a nice looking desk.. To help with someone not saying no again, I did all the hard work of in packaging.. It's a pretty simple layout.. so shouldn't be hard to put together..(especially for an engineer).. lol.. Employee helped carry it out and even asked if I had to carry upstairs.. I just slid it out the back of the car..

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing outstanding customer service at Office Max on Steamboat BLVD., courtesy of two exceptional individuals named James and Ron. From the moment I entered the store, their genuine friendliness and willingness to assist made my shopping experience truly remarkable. James and Ron exhibited a level of helpfulness that went above and beyond my expectations. They were both incredibly knowledgeable and creative in providing innovative solutions for home office needs. Not only did they possess an impressive understanding of the products available, but they also took the time to listen attentively to my requirements before offering their expert advice. After being totally ignored at Best Buy, I went to Office Depot, on Steamboat, and searched for a printer. The printer I as interested in, at Office Depot, was the same price as Best Buy and the service was excellent. Ron helped us and explained the different printer models and showed us the features. We were so pleased with the service and friendliness that we purchased a printer and ink. I was impressed with the service and staff, I'll definitely be back!

Great experience with Rashyed and his manager. They were able to get our window decal sign for our wedding and took care of us when we got there. Thank you Office Depot at Steamboat, I will always do my business here and not the Office Depot in Kietzke. Crazy how the employees can make such a difference here and they do not care at the Kietzke Office Depot.

3/2/22 Quality/Quantity - I came here to make my copies because the ink in all my printers is ALWAYS dry... My options are either spending 16¢ for a copy or $25-$40 for an ink cartridge for my 3 semi broken printers. Okay, 2 self-service machines. 1 was out of service today. And the worst part of it all was that my USB NEVER works on the self-service machines, but the team members had ALWAYS taken care of me. Atmosphere - Office supply store. Clean and organized. Service - Excellent, James helped me today and made my 1 page copy for me and charged me for self-service. In my previous visits, the team members did the same. Price - 16¢!! Owner Suggestion - Congrats on all your success and the ups and downs since 1986. 1988 IPO. 1991 Merged with Office Club. 1995 International extension to Mexico - Grupo Gigante. 1998 International extension to European and Australian - Viking Direct. 2001 Central America, El Salvador, Guatemala and Costa Rica. 2012 Merged with Office Max.
