The staff is great! they are friendly and so helpful. They even helped me pick out an apple pie. It was delicious!”

“Toro, associate from the gardening department, was of tremendous help today as he assisted me in unlocking the spool compartment of my Ryobi weed wacker which I had just bought from here a couple of weeks ago. Everything was working just fine, until I accidentally fed the line back in and was having trouble taking it apart to feed it back out. Toro helped fix this issue with great expertise. Thank you!”

The returns cashier, blinds/curtains specialist, and manager(needed to approve the return) we're all amazing. This Home Depot goes above and beyond to take care of their customers. I never hesitate to buy from this store because if I need to take something back, these guys have a lot of empathy and treats each transaction case by case and makes judgements that go beyond store policy. “Very positive experience at the paint department. The representative went out of his way to make it a good experience. My paint was mixed and ready in minutes, given the pourable spout as well as the wooden stirrer and can opener. My paint was tested on the top and dried to show the exact color was correct. He also let me know that Home Depot will also save the colors that you purchase in their system under your name. Nice! Busy time and I had the painters already in my home so appreciated the speedy and efficient service! Not to mention I love Behr paint, can always find the color and finish I want.”

They take their time in explaining what works best when it comes to your issues. Like finding the tools for a job big or small. When i leave i feel a little bit smarter. “Overall i do like Home Depot. A couple week's ago I came into this location needing to get a tree stand and a Christmas tree. There were 4 employee's standing near the Christmas area so i walked up to ask a question and all of them walked away. One female employee happened to walk by and asked if i needed help with anything. As I explained what i was in search of,she walked me to the area. I picked out my tree and she said I'll send out the guy who cuts the ends off the tree. I waited almost 20min. Never buy Christmas tree's here. The tree i bought lasted a little over 2weeks. I kept water in it & used the tree reserve and it didn't last.”
