I’ve been a customer of theirs for years, and they are always so friendly and helpful every time I talk to them. It seems like they’re really happy people and genuinely like what they do and like helping people. I highly recommend renting a unit here if you can find one available!

All good there, so far! I've had a unit there only for a couple months, but everybody there that I've had contact with have been very nice, knowledgable and helpful. Looks like the place is well secured and kept up well.

The staff are hands down the most helpful and kind. Went from a smaller unit to a larger one in house and Connie made it as stress free as possible. Definitely recommend!

I stored my travel trailer here for about 18 months. They have really good customer service. Courteous and professional. Clean facility and they have a dump station on site

I was in a pinch and needed a storage unit. I called Northwest Self Storage and Connie answered. She was very helpful and able to get me into a storage unit that same day. I would highly recommend.
