I had surgery here yesterday. I really enjoyed the small hospital ambiance. From check-in to discharge it was a great experience. Thank you to to my nurses Yesmeen and Tasha for taking such good care of me. They went above and beyondMaking sure I was comfortable as I could possibly be.

I recently had a Cardiac catheterization performed. I'm so impressed by the quality of care at this facility. The staff in the cath lab were professional and courteous. I was put at ease before during and after the procedure. Dr. Meyer is the best. I even received a follow up call from him to see how I was doing. I highly recommend this facility and Dr. Meyer.

I recently delivered my daughter at this hospital. I was originally scheduled to have a c section but due to some health changes, I had to have a c section without my planned Dr.. the Dr. On staff Dr.Allen was amazing as well as Dr. Tan the anesthesiologist. They had my baby delivered in no time and she was born without any issues. The hospital staff was tremendous. The nurses were so nice and helpful. My stay was very easy and I never had any issues. I was even visited by a staff member who wanted to make sure our stay was perfect. I will recommend anyone considering delivering at this hospital to go for it. The treatment far exceeds the other hospitals in the area. On top of the great service the hospital is so easy to navigate and the parking is so easy. If I have another baby I would not hesitate to have it here. Thank you for amazing treatment.

I went in to ER I was sick from hernia and pancreatitis. The nurse and Dr I had were rude. I felt like they were just hurrying to get me out. I went with my daughter in law a few days before and those nurses and Dr were great so I wanted to change and go there. Next time I go back to Renown for sure. They have my records already

I recently gave birth and was a patient in the labor and delivery and postpartum areas of the hospital. I have never in my life been treated so respectfully by every single employee I came in contact with. Every employee was above and beyond kind, sympathetic and seemed to care about their occupation and their patients, even nurses that weren’t specifically assigned to me were so helpful and sympathetic and genuinely seemed liked they cared about my family. Specifically highlighting my L&D nurse Sarah, she is one of the most amazing people I have ever met. She was kind, patient, answered all my questions and throughly made sure I understood everything that was being done to me. She advocated for me for everything I wanted with my birth, did not judge us for any decisions we made with our birth, and made sure consent was given for absolutely everything. She laughed with us, probably would have cried with us, comforted me through pain and high emotions, and physically held my hand through my entire labor until I had the pleasure of working with Yessie for the delivery. Yessie was extremely kind and helpful and also advocated for me and stood up for me when she felt the need to do so. I’m very thankful for my experience at this hospitals L&D, and I will never go to a different hospital again with the support and respect I received at this one. Hospitals generally aren’t a place I like to be, but I find myself missing the staff and the comfortable environment they provided for me and my family.

Decided to have my second baby here after doing a tour. My previous delivery was in another hospital in town and that experience was less than ideal to say the least. Still traumatized. For this pregnancy, water broke and went into labor at home, drove 2 hours to the hospital. Every single person in labor and delivery/postpartum and the hospital that we dealt with was more than great. The nurses were amazing. The nurse who took me back when I arrived, believe her name was Jennifer, was an angel. We had such a good experience here that if I dared to have another, no question about it, this would be my hospital of choice again.

This was our second trip to this hospital, and we could not be any more impressed. Both visits were with the ER, and there was ZERO WAIT both times. During my visit on 11/30/23, we had an incredible guy who helped us, and his name was Ty. He was kind, attentive, and took excellent care of me. Not only did they make me feel better, they gave me advice on how to feel better while I’m waiting for this virus to run its course. We highly recommend this hospital, and will always return when we need to be seen.

I was at the emergency room this week. I came by ambulance, those employees were caring and supportive of my condition. The hospital is lovely and new. My PA was great, the supporting staff were pleasant and caring. However the nurse assigned to me had an unpleasant bedside manner one I have ever come into contact with in my past, thank goodness. She is most likely in the wrong profession, or was just having an awful day. I hope it was the latter, as we all have those days. It is just hard to be a patient in a hospital and not have a caregiver with some degree of compassion. I was having problems keeping anything down and everytime I would exhale she told me to turn my head so as not to inflect her. Really, is that what I should be concerned with in that moment? Maybe staff should wear masks, if concerned, seems somewhat reasonable. I would have worn one but was retching every 10 minutes. Also, at the first instant I did exhale, she used her hand to push my head to the other side, telling me to not breath in her face. OMG I haven't been this sick in years and this is the level of her concern. So all in all a great review with one exception.

Well, there wasn't a Dr. to see me so I had a PA. I was there for hours, he forgot to call in the medical treatment. I asked the nurse for some Advil or something and they said I could go home. I started to cry. No help for hours. Lost out on work, I have a CT scan to pay for and there was only one other person in the waiting room and the conversations around with the staff were all about what food they were going to order.I was told to call if it continued, I did, it took me 8 times to get thru and the girl on the other line hung up on me twice because it's an ER and they are not there to answer questions. I give up. If I die in the night, I hope my family will file a lawsuit. There's absolutely no reason to seek medical help anymore. It's useless.

I I had a spinal injury resulting in a very extensive surgery and the care I received here was above and beyond. Every single person with whom I came into contact with was pleasant and well informed. This was a pretty terrifying procedure and they kept me and my family calm and informed the entire time. I would most definitely recommend and return here if necessary.Jennifer D. Langston. I was seen in the labor and delivery department due to having high blood pressure at home per my OB’s orders. The nursing and floor staff are absolutely amazing, they explained everything in detail and were extremely kind and considerate. However, the doctor on call was very rude. He talked down to me and made me feel like I was doing something wrong for following my doctors orders and making sure that both myself and my unborn child are healthy. On top of that, he never called the medication he prescribed into my pharmacy, so now there’s a massive delay in getting my medication filled and started.

The PA, Todd Stack, was so unbelievably understanding and helpful. I didn't have to wait long from the minute I walked in the doors to being checked out. The nurse was very nice & had a good sense of humor. Again I must note how wonderful PA Todd Stack was, his compassion helped me while in serious distress. Thank you all so much for the help, it was very much appreciated

What a great experience! The facility is new and so clean. It was very easy to navigate.I was there for a walk-in procedure. I fully expected to be there at least a couple. The intake process was paperless! It took all of 10 minutes or so.I was directed to area where procedure was and got right in.If I had a complaint this is where it would have started. There was a tec in the procedure room having lunch and apparently laughing at something on her phone.I found this somewhat unprofessional. The young lady doing EKG kept asking if I was ok? She never attempted to reassure me.All in all I would go to this again but hopefully with different professional staff.
