Placed my 5th wheel there as they stated great security and patrolled often, only to have my trailer broken into. They stated they didn't know how to review the surveillance as the person was not there, never helped, didn’t care.

Horrible place they don't monitor there cameras nor patrol there lot allow free range on you stuff stored there had may trailer stored there for less then 2 months and it has already been broken into with thousands of dollars worth my possessions stolen would not suggest using this place be careful store your trailer elsewhere

North Valley Self Storage and crew are awesome. We've store our travel trailer there for the past 5 years and never had an issue with security or being able to access our belongings. The whole staff are professional and always there when we need them.
