When they say in their description that they will do anything to help that is a lie. Asked for a license plate cover because I bought a Nissan and they wouldn’t. Kia however had no problem being lovely. So I would go with Kia.

I ordered some replacement parts (two door shells) for a damaged vehicle I have and I had an excellent experience when picking the items up. The gentleman assisting me in the parts department was very nice and got my items loaded and strapped in the back of my truck, and the strap was actually provided by another gentleman who I believe works in the service department, as I forgot to bring one. I wish I could remember their names for this review because they were both great!

Went there for an SUV. Told them I needed to sleep on it, then got the "What do we need to do to get you in this today?" Gave them my number, and they kept us there for half an hour with offer after offer above that. Finally told them I had to leave, and they said my price was unreasonable. Got home and found they had the vehicle listed online lower than what I was asking for.

They did a wonderful job of helping my son get into a car. They followed through 100% on everything they stated, including brakes and a new windshield. We truly appreciate the effort and we will come here first when we are ready for a truck.

I took my car in for diagnostics. I’m not a mechanic, but it was immediately clear to me what was wrong with the car. A quick internet search of the symptoms would make that clear to anyone. They promised the diagnostics would take a few hours but ended up taking several days. They didn't answer calls, and when we did get through, they would hang up. They avoided us as much as possible, and when we finally got hold of them, they said they didn't know what was wrong and suggested we rent a replacement car from them for a fee. We told them the issue, and an hour later, we got a text saying they found the problem—the same one we had told them about. I don't understand why I lost several days and paid them $200 . I will never go back to this place again.
