I personally have not worked with Patrick, however I can tell you he will bend over backwards for his clients to make what seems to be impossible, possible for some families. Thanks Patrick for going out of your way to care for our clients, that's what customer service really is!

I used this lender and there representative forgot to lock in our rate after many months of preparation. This resulted in 1.75% increase of interest rate and fees to pay down. the lender Jessica Vaughn didn't have any professionalism or respect to contact us regarding her mistake. found out from automated email. Do not use this company as they have no accountability for their lenders.

Patrick and his Team are second to None. My third home purchase and though I don’t have anyone to compare to (because I only use New American Funding). I will continue to go through them as they have executed the process seamlessly, again. This last experience was fast and on point from beginning to end. Any delays were waiting on the buyers lenders on a contingent buy/sell. I knew well in advance what was happening every step of the way.
