I visited Nevada Vacuum on 4/10/24. I was kindly assisted by Marc, and his adorable furry "supervisor" Lucy. I needed a new electrical cord for my vacuum. Marc's expert eye also noticed a support feature on my vacuum was cracked and saved me the time of a return visit by replacing both items on the spot. Great customer service, good prices, and convenient location. Thank you Nevada Vacuum and Marc.

Marc really knows what he is doing and doesn’t try to up sell you. Really refurbished my existing vacuum runs great!. And Lucy his dog is adorable!! Highly recommend them. ?

Nevada Vacuum and Riccar vacuums are the best! The Riccar is the best vacuum I've ever owned, much better than Miele.The customer service at Nevada Vacuum is amazing; friendly honest and very professional. I’ve always had great service but my recent service with Marc was beyond my exceptions.I am a loyal customer as the Riccar vacuums are high quality and the customer service is consistent and high quality. Marc, the new owner goes the extra mile. I highly recommend Nevada Vacuum to anyone needing a vacuum.

I bought the top of the line Riccar (yes they're expensive), but I love it. I definitely think it makes my carpet look cleaner and fresher. Yes, the sales person is a little 'passionate' and intense about vacuums, but I have been happy.

I took my Dyson in for a free diagnostic and it turns out it was just dirty filters! They gave me a loaner Riccar which I loved and ended up buying! It's so much lighter and extremely effective. I hated my Dyson so this was a win win! Super nice guys both Bruce and Michael!! Highly recommend them!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Called the store about getting my Dyson repaired. Bruce, the employee said to come on down, and they would get it fixed up for me. Even told me I could get a loaner vacuum for a couple of days. When Bruce called me, he told me that my vacuum was all done and ready to go. Went down there to take my vacuum in. I went in, and he said they would have to replace a part. I said, "ok sounds good." Long story shorter... I went to go pick up my vacuum, and the man (Michael the owner) working in the shop was extremely rude and condescending to me. He told me that they couldn't fix my vacuum and that Dyson doesn't sell their parts anymore. He told me that it was $60. They didn't do anything!!!! I still paid unfortunately. He was very loud and obnoxious and tried to sell me some vacuum called Riccar. He talked to me like I was stupid and also gave inconsistent advice. I'll never go back there, and I will tell others not to waste their time there as well!!! I will be calling the better business bureau!!!!! Extremely awful service and scam!!!

If there was a no stars, I would do that How this business shows as 4 stars is beyond me. This shop is a joke. The "salesman" or owner, or whoever the hell he is, needs to tone down the shtick. He was loud, condescending and tried to tell me things about my current vacuum that were not true. Gaslighting, I think is the word. Then tried to sell me that Riccar brand they sell, that nobody has ever heard of claiming it was the best ever. This dude (I don't recall his name, older guy, smelled like he was homeless) ranted and raved and had bruxism going on like he just did meth before I came in. His sales tactic antics were such a turn off, I was done. Whatever you think you know about vacuums will be wrong and you're and idiot for buying anything other than the brands they sell. I will never buy a vacuum here or do any business in this store again.
