I work for Vasko Electric and our copier is serviced from Office 1 Reno. Our copier is vital to our company as in construction we are definitely not paperless! So when our copier had an error message I freaked out and called Office1 and they were amazing. They dispatched Karl Allen, who not only came when he said he would, he also scheduled a follow up service call. He scheduled a convenient time to update and really make our copier practically brand new. He is super professional, knowledgeable and kind. Also a big shoutout to Dawn Wulff, our Account Executive. She is the best communicator and literally gets back to you with seconds. I can't say enough great things about all the employees at Office1!Thanks for everything!

Our office was having some issues with the set up of our new printer/scanner, I let Scott the Manager know and he instantly got me set up with Mark! Mark did everything remotely and took his time to explain to me what he was doing and made sure that all of our computers and emails were set up properly! He was patient and friendly and offered a customer service experience that is rare these days!

So helpful. I ordered an emergency stash of toner and UPS lost it. I reached out to Office 1 and they personally brought me another toner. So grateful. Thank you!
