Amazing service!! I ordered a part to be picked up, not realizing it was at the wrong store. When I went to the store to pick up my item, was told I ordered from the south store. Whoops my bad, lol The had the part delivered within 40 minutes to the store near me. They called me and went and picked it up. Can’t get any better than that. Very satisfied customer, thank you for your great customer service. ???

One of downtown Reno's greatest full-stock Napa stores. The counter only had two employees, but they were both incredibly polite and helpful. The store is orderly and spotless. They have a whole warehouse stocked with vehicle parts, maintenance supplies, and Napa tools.They have everything you need for your car, from snow chains to the entire line of ZEREX coolant for European, American, and Asian automobiles, which is why we went there during the snow blizzard to top off fluid and grab supplies. They also carry a good assortment of Pentosin power steering fluid, brake fluid, and German engine oil from LIQUI Moly. When I visited, LiquiMo LEICHTLAUF HIGH TECH 5W40 and 5W30 were available for sales. The employees were very helpful in locating the goods in the back-stock area, but they were unable to locate the LIQUI Moly Pro-Line Gasoline System Cleaner and DIJectron. I got several cans of LIQUI Moly Jectron.Check out this Napa Store near South Virginia Street if you're in downtown Reno and need tools, auto parts, or materials for regular maintenance.

This was the only store in town that had a part to get my truck back on the road the same day. The staff was very professional and courteous, and I was in and out in a timely manner. Just remember to look for the part you need online first, then go in instead of calling. They will help the customer who is standing at the counter before answering the phones.
