The entire Lennar process was very efficient and professional. Monica helped us through the process, answering questions, and was always available by phone or email. When the buyers of our CA home delayed the close for several weeks, Monica and Katy (Lennar Title) showed a lot of empathy and helped us through the process of resigning the Lennar documents.
