Their customer service is more than lacking. Especially when I had asked a question to the teller and her supervisor stood behind her and very rudely interrupted and spoke to me in a condescending manner. Lack of professionalism, courtesy and knowledge, along with too many hidden fees. This site does not let you post unless you pick a star for Review. I only picked one star because they did not have negative star ratings.

after walking in with a CHECKING account deposit slip with the CHECKING account number written on it, a teller behind the counter at this branch decided instead to apply this check to a credit card... this FAILURE caused me to not get my money for 2 weeks. Joyce the VP of this branch did ABSOLUTELY ZERO to help. i'll be closing my account and taking my business elsewhere. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER JOYCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

never ever come here to deposit money!the atm stole 300$ of me depositing money on 4th of july at the atm drive thru. it printined a number to call and nobody on the number could help me! this place is a scam and will take your personal information and rinse your life savings

What a Great Experience. I was waited on today by a Lovely young lady named Verely. So Sweet, Friendly and Professional. She printed out my bank statements for me. She was training another gal named Michelle. So Patient and Kind. Definitely the right person to do the training. Thanks again B of A. It is People like Verely that make me glad I chose you for all my Banking Needs.

ZERO STARS. This place is an absolute joke. I don't give low ratings but this place demands it. One Teller. One teller the day after the banks been closed for 3 days is a complete miscarriage of better business practice. It's bad enough I had to stand in line for 25 minutes on a Monday afternoon just to drop off an ATM card I found on the ground, but the 2 senior ladies between me in line with bad knees and canes are the ones truly suffering. Youre a bank and not just any old bank you're BANK OF AMERICAN and the only BoA open today in the city. You hold 300 BILLION DOLLARS of American Citizens money and you're telling me you won't spring for a more tellers ? Take a hike. To anyone reading this, Wells Fargo stinks too but at least they'll spring for more than one teller. Absolutely disgusting. Is anyone at Bank Of America going to care ? Probably not. This isn't a local food joint that relies on these reviews for customers and business. But I just wanted to drop 2 letters to this disgrace of a buisness F and U.Srsly should be ashamed of yourself.
