The sleep side of the showroom is a pretty comfortable environment to play Goldilocks. The showroom is spacious, has soft clouds painted high on the walls, and even has soothing music which sets the mood for shopping for a new mattress. I already had in mind the type of bed I was looking for, but I wanted to see if Mor had something comfier within my price point. Jenifer made the shopping experience easy and low stress. She guided my husband and me through a few mattresses, gave us all the important information about each one, and left us alone to discuss. Even when I told her we had one more place to check, she was curious about where but also not too pushy. It was almost like she knew we would come back! When it was time to buy the mattress, Jenifer helped us with the transaction efficiently and scheduled a delivery for a convenient day. We ended up having a store credit because of the brand of mattress we chose, so we used the $300 on a cooling mattress protecter. I wish I could have just taken the credit against the price of the bed. The protector is definitely cooling (yay!), but it is very slippery on the mattress and with my sheets. It is just annoying, and I shouldn't even notice or think about a mattress protector. Otherwise, I am super satisfied with Mor's selection and price, Jenifer's help, the free local delivery, and (of course) my new Sealy mattress!

The absolute worst place to buy furniture from! We bought a $2,700 bedroom set back in July. The first "white glove" delivery couldn't be completed because the drivers didn't have the screws to complete the assembly. They left half of the set, propped up against the bedroom wall. I was not home during delivery, and my wife didn't notice the damage to the headboard and MY WALLS before the delivery drivers left. When I got home and inspected what they left, I noticed the damage and called customer service the next day. I was told by Rebecca that the delivery would be reimbursed, they would order a new headboard, and the warehouse manager would call me about the wall damage. The idiot warehouse manager never called, the delivery fee was never reimbursed and when they delivered the "new headboard", it was more damaged than the first. When I called the second time about the "new" headboard, I was told delivery reimbursement was not promised, the warehouse manager tried to call me, but my voicemail was full, and to avoid the hassle I could receive 10% off the headboard (their cost, which was a $48 credit. I then told the second lady to come and pick the crap up and I wouldn't worry about it anymore, to which she replied a return of the products was not an option. I was also told that I could go talk to my salesman Nick if I wanted another resolution. So I went back to talk to Nick! Absolutely worthless! According to Nick, even though he's the sales manager, he can't do anything for me! He could do his best to just be an advocate for me. He sent an email to the warehouse manager, and said the warehouse manager would call me within 48 hours, never happened. At this point forget it, it's no longer worth the hassle of continued phone calls and emails to the corporate office. I first wrote a Google review of this place in July when I was in the showroom, before delivery, which was a huge mistake. Nick doesn't care about his client's nor does Mor furniture. As long as they get you to sign the purchase agreement, Nick and Mor don't give a crap about the outcome. If you check the BBB, they have 329 complaints over the last 3 years and 62 in the last 12 months. And now you know why. $2,700 is not going to kill me, but the amount of business and negative word of mouth I will now tell every person who ever asks me about a good place to buy furniture, will be my voice. If you need new furniture, you're better off going to RC Willey or heck, at this point a yard sale. At least at a yard sale, you'll get better customer service.

Azim had been taking care of my family for over 15 years! He is honest and always does what is best for his customers. I highly recommend anyone looking for furniture to go to Mor and ask for Azim!

When we arrived we were greeted by Azim. He was very friendly and made us feel very welcomed. We walked in not knowing what to expect and what we wanted. But with his help we were able to find our dream couch and I definitely would come again to look for more options to add to our home knowing we will be taken good care of.

Jenifer was amazing! Answered any question we threw at her and eased our search immediately. I hope she can get a raise as she definitely deserves it with the quality of her service! I'm definitely a fan of Mor Furniture with this first impression and I am sure it'll be that way from now on

So first off, the staff is very friendly and does not pressure you by following you around the entire store. With that said, the quality it me is very iffy. I bought a nice dinette set that is very nice and sturdy, but on the other end, I bought a bed that was the exact opposite of sturdy. It came part of a bedroom set, and when I asked for a partial refund for just the bed, I got no response. I'm split on shopping here ever again.

This place gave me the worst customer service I ever had. I got a bed and a couch and paid $350 for "White Glove Assembly" and ended up getting two incompetent guys who couldn't speak English (luckily my wife can speak Spanish) and happened to dent and scratch the couch on the truck. As for the bed, they both didn't bring important parts and failed to securely screw the parts of the bed, leaving it very creaky. While they had a guy come to put the missing parts later that day, he didn't tighten those screws the original guys failed to tighten. All of this after the dispatch of the original guys said I wouldn't get the necessary service until Tuesday (this was Saturday). This was all July 29th. It is now August 8th and they said they would have someone to fix the bed on August 9th and the couch on August 10th, only for this morning to get a text saying it would be August 10th for both, and at different times. I texted back asking what the problem was, and they said they didn't know what happened. I asked for a refund of the $350 and they said it was "non-refundable". I can't wait to see what happens on the 10th. I may update this review. The point is: AVOID THIS COMPANY. Update: So the events on the 10th went as bad as they could possibly have gone. While the bed was apparently fixed, the couch order was from THE SAME GUY that screwed up last time, and.....he screwed up again! The dispatch offered to fix the problem by August 22nd, which is, of course, insane: why would I give these people a third chance? I demanded a refund of the couch, and am now waiting for someone to set it up for me, but I doubt they will: I am sure they are banking on me letting the whole thing go. Small claims court could be in the future. Update: Also, the woman that sold us the furniture has apparently been ignoring my texts since I said I posted this review. The lack of professionalism and courtesy from this company is astounding.

It was a pleasure to stop in and di business. Nick V was very courteous and helpful. Starting with what we were looking for, and asked if we had a salesman that was previously helping us. Since we didn't, he took the time to make us feel welcome took us around the showroom. Would highly recommend Nick as a good salesman.

Wonderful sales folks and delivery drive team. Everyone is very knowledgeable. My salesperson Jenifer really listened to my needs and wants. Together we found exactly what I was looking for. I would recommend Mor Furniture to anyone looking for great furniture, pricing and friendly people.
