We entered the Reno store, looking for master bedroom furniture, and not expecting much. Azim met us and explained where to look and gave us the space and time to check out the furniture. He did keep checking on us and was very friendly and helpful! We appreciated his guidance and finally decided on a bedroom set. He guided us through the buying process quickly and efficiently. Delivery was quick and went very smoothly. We are very happy with our purchase and the help Azim gave us.

Customer service was great. We were greeted within moments of walking in and helped every step of the way. Jenifer was our sales agent, she gave us space to discuss options when we needed it but was always close by whenever questions arose and needed answers.
