Hella sketchy. Dude added insurance to a phone I went to activate which I didn't ask for and also couldn't use because the phone can't be bought through metro! Also told me to download some sketchy app that charged me $40 to transfer my data from one phone to another and my bank immediately called me regarding fraud. I only found out about the charge when reviewing my bill and it went from $50 to $62.40 when I'd been paying $50 since 2015. The rep at Metro PCs call center filed a report against the associate as well as the store .

Came and got an upgrade , opened on time, got in and out in 15 minutes with my new phone , glass protector installed like a pro. Excellent Service 10/10. Worker on 1/6/2025 deserves a raise.

The main person, I think Amy was her name, was very helpful and stayed involved to make sure our new phone was set up. Parking lot was a bit of a challenge.

Horrible rude service from young, unprofessional girl named Amy. Refused to activate my new phone, just literally kicked me out of the store and said go to another store, just because I was telling her SIM is already installed when she started opening it. She could just professionally and calmly explain what she needs to do. T-Mobile has the lowest standard in customer and employees they hire. Is this the way you want to keep customers? I am done with this MetroPCS provider….you guys suck and make your customers to leave by keeping this kind of staff. Rude and unprofessional beyond expectations.

Horrible customer service. They had no knowledge of their current promotions. I had to use the 800 number to use my upgrade to get a new phone. The store was gonna charge me full price. Lastly one of the employees honked at me then flipped me off in the parking lot. They should fire the whole crew at this location.

The girl who answers first told me that they do not sell SIM CARD, I told her that since I purchased a plan with this company and she told me that with plans not only the SIM CARD, I told her to offer them to me then and she got upset and told me that I didn't want to sell, I attached a video and for the owners, IS IT NORMAL FOR CUSTOMERS TO TAKE OUT LIKE THIS?

Apparently all the Metro offices changed their phone numbers 3 weeks ago and didn't update Google Maps.However Metro has been phenomenal for me for 3 years.

The store is just a joke! They don’t have any accurate schedule and the staff does not know if they will be opening the store next day and when the store will be open. An employee guy was sitting outside of the store telling us that the store is closed, one hour earlier. They don’t even have business hours on their door. Rude and incompetent people working here.
