The lady who assisted me today was friendly, helpful, and polite. My experience was excellent.

The main person, I think Amy was her name, was very helpful and stayed involved to make sure our new phone was set up. Parking lot was a bit of a challenge.

Apparently all the Metro offices changed their phone numbers 3 weeks ago and didn't update Google Maps.However Metro has been phenomenal for me for 3 years.
