I can't believe the customer service you have at this store. Looks like they don't want to sell any phone unless you buy them a phone case, phone insurance or you buy them through smart pay. Zero customer service. They don't even check in the system to see if you qualify for any discount and after that they tried to charge me 150 for taxes and activation. Really? I can't believe taxes and activation could be that expensive.

The girl at the Clear Acre store was so rude to me. She should not be in sales. I had internet problems with my new phone that I just purchased from that store and she acted like it was a "ME" problem. Customer service was a zero. I will never use that store again in the fear of having her as my sales person. I finally got the problem worked out two weeks later. No thanks to her. I have been a customer for 6 years without incident but she made me rethink my phone carrier.

This company sucks. The workers are dishonest, they surprise you with "promotion" info that doesn't match what is on their website and other bad policies. Would probably be best to avoid their extremely shady math and go with another carrier.

Its 7 pmand the store is closed even though it says here it closes at 8. Fix your times so I don't have to drive 20 min to a closed store.
