They have the wrong phone number listed on their website. When brought to their attention, we were told they didn't care! "Not my problem" said the service representative at the Keystone location. A phone service provider that can't even get their phone number correct on its website isn't a service provider with which I would do business. Their sales associates have a really bad attitude for a service organization.

Honestly i'm always very displeased with this location the website never has the correct hours , I'm at the location right now and it's supposedly open. And then I call the number that is on the website. And it seems to go to a cell phone and they have either turn the phone off or rejected my calls which is really upsetting.

Your hours show you open at 10am.It's 12:30pm and you're still not open. Here's a thought, change your online hours and the hours you show on your front door if you're not going to follow them?Do better.

BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS. Metro by Tmobile gives Tmobile a bad name. They tell you one price on the phone and when you go yo their store to buy it, they say it not available but they have one for z couple hundred dollars more. If you say no thank you, they say they'll try another store. They then confirm that they have it 5 miles away at another store. I drove down there and arrive to 2 angry and VERY RUDE ladies working , bur ignoring me. 29 minutes later they decide to help me. They then say that I do not qualify for the promo, but I can purchase the phone for $350. These sales tactics are not only unethical, but most likely criminal. I'm happy I didn't switch to Metro. If this is how they treat potential customers. I can't imagine how they treat customers who they have already duped. It's no wonder why Metro by Tmobile is at the BOTTOM of most customer satisfaction polls.

MetroPCS in Reno is terrible. I always connect to some tower over in the bay area and I'm lucky to get 2 or 3 Mbps download speed. Simple websites time out all the time or take a minute to load. Their advertised 5G speed is just as slow and usually you get faster data by switching to 4G/3G only.
