My husband and I have been coming here for years now, would never go anywhere else. Love this place plus we love the store manager jamie she’s awesome! Highly recommend coming and doing business here, already sent some friends here and they are happy as well.

I would give this location-5 * if I could. This is the 2nd time that I've been to this place and both times I've been here . The employes have straight up been Is RUDE with terrible customer service. The other MetroPan that I've used before have always been super nice and helpful as soon as I walk in . I definitely will not be going back to this location and would not recommend anyone to the metropawn on oddie

I definitely recommend teri and rich at metro pawn on Oddie, they have the best knowledge and patience I have ever experienced at a pawnshop, especially when it's near closing time, I felt bad but they still helped me out and took care of business they made it fast and easy for me and i truly appreciate that a lot!

By far the best pawn shop business I've been to in the reno area. Clean. Their Display mapping seems to have been molded by the gods. Catalog spreads wide & far. I believe Karen was the one who helped me out with my vist. She is a professionals professional!. Metro pawn on oddie blvd HIGHLEY RECCOMEND.

I am currently employed at this location and have been for about a week, and am very pleased to say that I felt welcome. The ambiance in the store is one of " thank you for coming in , and we will do our best to get you where you need to be".Thank you to Jamie, Rich and Jordan for their hospitality my first week.This particular store is organized and nicely laid out.A Merry Christmas to everyone and their families and a healthy and safe New Year in 2023
