I brought in my old but well-kept laptop today, expecting to get $50 out of it, if I was lucky. What I got instead, was $70 and some excellent customer service! This is one of the most clean, organized and friendliest pawn shops I’ve ever visited. Highly recommend!

I went into the store to get a chain and somebody help me today who was amazing I just want to say thank you so much I love my chain I know I did a return and wasn't a part of the VIP program but you are amazing and I want to thank you so much for all of your help. Again, I just think you were great person to assist me and I couldn't be happier you're the best.

I love this location. I have been going here for years for quick loans and for making lots of purchases. The staff is so great I know them all by name and I cannot say enough good things about Connie and the rest of her staff!

I started coming here now about 6 to 8 months and let me say when I 1st came in I interacted with feli and she was amazing she welcomed me in and attended me right away love her . It's like every time I come in there so sweet and friendly always the people here Jim and Connie are the best as well this is the spot ... They're staff is amazing and bilingual....

Watch out for Karen the Crack head that works here (Her name is actually Karen). She's has the most disgusting customer service I've ever dealt with. Not sure if she didn't get high that day but wow. Super disrespectful and denied wanting to sell anything and left to the back and said she's done. Manager up front saw the whole thing and did nothing. Hopefully the District manager gets involved because wow. 0 stars if I could
