The general manager here is absolutely horrible to deal with. No idea how he even got the job but that tells a lot about the company if they hire unprofessionals like that. The guy literally does not want to sell anything at all.

I've been wanting to sell my 10 year old wedding ring and some locals friends told me to stop by Metro Pawn. They were nice but definitely did not offer me what it's worth. Obviously I knew that about pawn shops prior to walking in but I just wanted to check before taking up an offer at a jewelry store in Roseville. Just had to check it out since I have driven by a thousand times. Probably won't be back in, ever, pawn shops are not my place.

Bobby and crew at the metro pawn off Virginia totally rocked. Super friendly, no pressure service and worked with me to find exactly what I need at a right price option. Highly recommend this pawn store!

Hands down, the best pawn shop I have ever patronized. Miss Violet, Mr. Bobby, and Mr. Michael are fabulous. They worked with me to reach a deal that worked for all parties involved. They treated me like family, not dysfunctional family, but healthy and helpful family.

It was my first time there. I purchased a Windows Tablet. Honest, hassle-free, what more can I ask for? The associate (Bobby Smith) was patient and polite. I appreciated that.

Went in last week. Every time I have the pleasure of being served by this lady she is rude and makes you feel like you're wasting her time. I always try and ignore it because the rest of the team is very helpful and kind.Unfortunately this time i cant do it. I Took in a piece of jewelry that has been in a few times before. She offered me a very low price compared to what I usually get. I explained to her the amount that I usually get And was told it wasn't happening! She demanded to know who served me previously. Everybody in the store at the time was uncomfortable. Seems like everybody is complaining about This one woman hopefully she gets reprimanded. If not I will not be returning like many other customers.

Marcus has been awesome the last 2 times I've come in. I usually use the Oddie location but this locating is closer to work and the customer service has been outstanding. definitely a warmer reception than the oddie store! thank you very much for the customer service and keep it up! you are appreciated!
