Has an emergency situation with the computer needing to have it reset and the gentleman in service dept was kind enough to slide me in before closing at the last minute. The young man in the shop who did the reset was super cool, knowledgeable and helpful. Much appreciated and thank you.

I came up from bishop to get a recall checked and fixed if necessary. It was a great experience as usual and it took exactly as long as the tech told me which was very appreciated even though they were short handed. It was finished in a timely manner and the employees were all professional and great to talk to.

I had specific features that I wanted in my new vehicle, including tow package that would handle my trailer. It pulls it with it's pinky! This car also saved me from hitting a drunk pedestrian who was jaywalking in the dark. Amazing!

The actual service was fine. i left two messages with my service representative but did not get a response. When I called a third time on the general service line, when a junior person who answered, told me my representative had gone home (not true) and as I needed a ride, since it was after 5 pm, I would have to wait until the next day. I finally talked with the Service Manager who ordered me a Uber and I was able to get to the Agency and pick up the car.

The worst customer experience I’ve had.
Our Sprinter Van had a fault while on a roadtrip. We booked it in to be looked at and drove 6 hours to the dealership. When we arrived they arrived told us they too backed up to look at it.
They were completely callous and rude, do not get work done here.

My MB Revel needed it's B service. I called to get an appointment and the scheduler got me right in...but, she failed to inform me the B service is a 15 hour service (major). The service representative did the best she could getting as much done within the 6 hours we had available. We travel 3 hours to have MB service, so without knowing we were not prepared to spend the night.
The service Rep is Delaney and she is a great representative for this MB shop.

We came through Reno in our sprinter van .I started smelling fuel my husband looked and there was a leak in the fuel filter drain tube and fuel was spraying on the engine ...we called the dealer because no parts places had it .We drove there and a very knowledgeable Lori Roth found the right part for us ...thank you Lori and good job Mercedes Reno for hiring such great parts people .

The facility is top notch. That's it. This place has such high turnover in the service department that, sadly I cannot recommend this Autonation franchised Benz outlet for service. We have been coming for years with our two Benz. One time they kept my car there for months, as I waited for the employee to call my warranty. Things happen, let's try again. Now, I have been waiting for a call back or even a notice that they are too busy for 3 weeks now. I will be trying Sporthaus now.

Very disappointed in my experience. I was super excited to show up, and I honestly did not feel welcomed. Earlier in the day around 12 PM I called and I spoke with a heartwarming gentleman by the name of Nick one of the sales manager. I explained to him my situation and he was very warm and inviting and absolute pleasure to speak with or over the phone then I showed up to my appointment, and it was a total different experience. They linked me up with one of the sales guys by the name of Danny and from the beginning, I got an uncomfortable filling. It was just a total different filling from the sales manager that I spoke with very Dismissive. He kept telling me that it’s too hot to go outside to look at cars so he wanted to show me what they have on computer and then we got outside. I technically had to show myself around. I wish I got to work with Nick because maybe it would’ve been a different outcome.

We brought our ML in to Mercedes-Benz of Reno because the air conditioning went out. They quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the compressor and flushed the system. We got the car back within 24 hours, and we were very pleased with the job that the service department did. The air conditioner blows ice-cold air. They even thoroughly washed the car, inside and out!

The people are nice but I hate having to wait so long. Even when I was told the work was done and they were washing the car I waited an additional 30 some minutes and finally just went looking for my car. When I found it I was told it still needed to be washed. I told them to forget it because I had already waited too long. I was told I was there during a quiet time. Who knows how long I would have had to wait during a busy time for their "free 5 point check".
