“My electric wheelchair broke a drivewheel the day before a long weekend started while I was visiting from out of town. The staff were incredible; had me bring it in to try and repair it between scheduled work. When I got there, a service agent looked at it while I completed the paperwork for repair. They were able to provide a temporary but very workable fix and charged only half the quoted price because it was 'temporary'. We were in and out in less than an hour. I highly recommend this mobility equipment business. I also observed a great variety of equipment and supplies along with rental equipment. Great people. Outstanding service.”

“I had a real hip replacement and was discharged from the hospital without anything to help me regarding life a little easier. I contacted Care Chest and when I walked in and they heard my story, they gave me everything that they felt that I would need. They didn't ask for any money. They said in the future you can donate. I left with my items, in disbelief of the generosity and kindness that they showed me. I have been donating every year because I hear that they are still doing this, and it is so greatly needed.”

“I was referred to Orthopro by my infant daughter's primary physician. She has a unique condition called L-TGA, which is a permanent heart condition. She had to be in NICU for nearly three months. Her lengthy stay in NICU resulted in a slightly misshapen head, which is fixable with a helmet. Dave and his crew at Orthopro have been extremely patient and kind, as fitting an infant with a helmet and keeping it fit correctly can be challenging. We had to go to Dave several times to get adjustments and he has never charged us a fee for the visits. It's a very clean, professional office and the prices were very fair. Of note, be wary about reading a few of the negative reviews. These reviews do not do Orthopro justice. If you are in the need for Orthotics, please consider Orthopro. God bless you all.”

“The truth is, nobody honestly wants to come here. You or a family member are going through a hard time in their healthcare journey, to the point where they need oxygen to improve their health. I came into their office with horrible energy and a bad attitude that came from me being upset with the health care system. The staff immediately opened up their hearts to me, provided care and understanding to my situation that completely turned my mood around.
They were extremely professional and proficient at explaining how to use the oxygen equipment on my newborn son. It made a scary and intimidating situation bearable.
The entire staff went above and beyond their duties as a professional, and provided genuine care that left me feeling extremely relieved during the most stressful time of my life.
