I have lived here for four years. The apartments are nice open and clean. The staff is wonderful. Both the office staff and the maintenance. If anything needed to be fixed they were very quick and efficient. It’s the best apartment complex I have lived in!

Can’t really say you have two pools when they’re closed for more than half the year.

Goggle map puts you on the side where the mall is and the main office but doesn't help finding the apartment cause that was on the other side. The apartment layout was hard to find apartment too but the apartment are nice

Omg, I’m so sick of the water constantly being turned off for “emergencies” that happen about once a month (sometimes more)!!! I pay all my bills on time and I pay good money for this place, but I can’t count on being able to shower or wash my hands when I need to. The office says “we’re frustrated too” - really? But you have access to water where you live. You were able to shower before work. Why tf would you be frustrated? You’re not paying good money to live in uninhabitable conditions. (Lack of utilities, including hot & cold water is considered uninhabitable & it is the responsibility of the landlord to ensure access to utilities)

It's a fine enough place, a bit expensive. There are a lot of smokers and people don't pick up after their dogs so just be wary about going outside. Also, homeless people live nearby under the bridges and parked outside the NV energy building so, again, be wary about going outside.

I placed in an non-emergency work order for my dishwasher that when in use it leaks water. In their voice message it stated that they'll get back to me in 24 hours. And this was done on a Sunday. 24 hours has come and gone and my dishwasher still HAS NOT BEEN LOOKED AT OR REPAIRED. I can't wait to leave this place!

It is an old place. The outside doesn't do it justice. Need new paint or a different color outside. That and the railing is too wide. Staircases and balcony fencing is too far apart. Other than that very friendly staff nice pool areas and very luxurious office/clubhouse. Loved living here. Thank you for the stay.

I’ve lived here for many years... first few years were okay but these last two have not been so great.Apartment has changed its name and I think it’s under new management again... The tenants near me are rude and loud now. The building is very old and is in disrepair.Every summer without fail, my AC (Probably original ac unit) goes out and the maintenance guy has to fix it. Probably should just replace it at this point...On top of that the building I live in has several structural issues stemming from overgrown trees that have grown under the foundation causing cracks in the foundation and leaks in the plumbing.I recently had a slab leak and they tore up the water saturated carpet in my hallway area to fix it. Management claims that the outside carpet company came in and tacked it back down but when I returned home after the repair, it wasn’t tacked down nor was the carpet vacuumed or steam cleaned leaving me to have to tack it down and clean it up.I’ve done more maintenance around my apartment myself than the maintenance team has because every time they do a repair it gets done in a very sloppy way.The siding on the building is water damaged and some areas look like they are about ready to crumble apart. I also battle mold in my bathroom and have to constantly keep a dehumidifier and an air purifier in there running at all times with the bathroom ceiling vent on and running as well. I also shower with the door open now to to help vent the steam. I’ve complained about this only to be told by management that it’s my fault and that I have to clean it up.I also battle with various different bugs every year including regular appearances from earwigs, flies, spiders roaches and ants. It’s like a safari jungle with them. I keep my house clean as I’m a clean freak so there should be no reason for these bugs infestations.I honestly can’t wait to move out... these apartments are not worth what they are charging for them....

What makes this a 5 star for me, is the staff. I have not a single bad thing to say about them, they were AWESOME! They were always willing to help me out with any questions or concerns. Even go extra out of their way to help a resident in need. Maintenance people were on point and it never took long. Everyone was always so friendly that, if I had to, I would be happy to return to live there again. The location can't be beat. Whole foods and trader Joe's right around the corner. Meadowood Mall just a hop and a skip away. And all sorts of other conviniences in super close distance. That will be missed for sure.Only thing I can say about the apartments themselves is, I really wished the gym was better quality. I tried using it a couple of times but could not get a good work out in there. The chair for the leg raises and similar machines were so hard that when I would lift weight I felt as if the chairs corner was cutting into my thigh. The treadmills and ellipticals all made noise which embarrassed me if someone else was there, so I would stop out of common courtesy. But anyway, luckily a gym opened right in front of the apartments and that solved it. But it would've been nice to use the Meadowood Gym comfortably.
