The mattress firm on Harvard Way, Reno NV is the place to go to purchase a mattress. My husband and I have been looking for a good solid mattress for 3 years. We both have back pain and many injuries. I’m currently in menopause with all the weird joint pain that keeps me up as well as hot flashes. My husband has injuries from the military and his current job is hard on the body. We worked with Shelbee Martin and she took the time with us as we tried out all the different beds, pillows and positions. She showed us the different effects on the way we slept. I highly recommend them, as they had 6 months of training on the body and support.

This place deserves 10 stars! Shelbee, the Manager, went above and beyond to help me find a bed to exchange the original bed I bought in May. She did far more for me than I ever expected. My heart is full of gratitude today. Thank you Shelbee and the young man who led me around the show room. Fantastic service from you both! Amazing place.

I had a fantastic experience at Mattress Firm on plumb, thanks to Shelby! She was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to show us all the different brands available. Her thoroughness made the selection process easy and enjoyable. To top it off, we received next-day delivery, which was a pleasant surprise. I'm definitely going to recommend Mattress Firm to everyone I know!
