The new staff is not courteous at all.I went for make up and the make up artist was not showing any interest. When I told her that don't feel comfortable with the eye make up she has done for me,she tried second time worst than that.It seemed that she wanted me to leave the place.I Saud thanks to her and came back.I won't feel like going to thus location any more:(

I'm not much for tons of make-up but a couple of years ago I tried a Mac foundation that evened skin tone and brightened skin like magic. I was nearly out of it and looked for the replacement. Searched many places without much success and finally found free-standing Mac store at the Reno Summit. The young women there knew exactly what I was talking about...the product had been discontinued,sad. But they had a substitute. I was seated for a try. The young woman quickly assessed my skin tone and found a match. Tried it and I was sold! Service was polite and efficient. I was happy. Will be back.

Super helpful store associates at this stand alone location - hard to believe they've been open since 2004! The store is clean, easy to navigate, and has stations setup with natural light coming in through the windows so you can accurately pick colors that go well with your skin tone! The girl who helped me was super friendly and I ended up purchasing way more than I originally went in for just because she color matched me so well and I had a great experience!

Cute store and great service! I am Not a make up guru, but I felt very welcome coming into the store. My sales person Hannah was super nice and she was sure to make sure my friend and I felt comfortable as she toured us around the store learning about products and answering our questions. I got me a beautiful pigment and a free sample of the new mac stack mascara. Will be returning again!

It's super easy to get into this location plus it's so close to the Apple Store I can walk to it lol- I like how I can call ahead and ask them if they have a specific color of make-up that I am looking for and there able to easily answer it quickly and effectively. I was in and out of the store less then 5 mins!

To be honest the service wasn't great :( I feel like I was straight up ignored because I came in wearing sweatpants and a sweatshirt... like I know this mall is in a more upscale part of town but that doesn't mean ignoring your customers that don't look to your standard! And assisting the white customers first before me ( a woman of color) even though I came in before them was so upsetting! Don't recommend this location!

I had a great experience Friday evening. Alan was super helpful and attentive and loaded me up with everything I would need. He didn't rush me and took the time to explain everything I was getting. Good customer service and good measures being taken during COVID.

I went out there today bc I honestly have so much trouble finding a foundation that matches my skintone. The associate was so great at finding the perfect match and I ended up leaving with concealer and foundation that matched my face really well. I like how they don't hassle you to buy and try a bunch of crap and they don't stalk you throughout the store. They are helpful but not suffocating if you know what I mean. It says Marissa on mu receipt but I know she got locked out of the machine so im not 100% sure if it was her- either way they were all super chill.
