Worst customer service (call center) from such a well-established brand!! highly disappointed..!! The representative barely understood my complain and then got frustrated at me(!) she was not at all audible with the hazy phone line they (company) gave her (Stephanie S).The in-store representatives were however very professional and great. no doubt in that. It's the calling centre needs more attention from the management.

I am a huge fan of Mac products. However while shopping at this store, We witnessed an employee applying make up to two people using the same non disposable applicators. I hope they have changed this process and now use disposable applicators.

I am writing this review solely for the wonderful cashier who was working when I came in to the MAC in Macy's over the weekend. She was so lively and friendly and really made you feel like you were making a good purchase. I came in for one item that I already knew I wanted. She asked if she could help me. I told her what I wanted and she knew right were it was. She got me registered or something like that, so they can keep track of the colors and items I buy from MAC. She didn't try to get me to buy more than what I wanted. I felt happy and comfortable with my experience here.

Needed makeup for a wedding. Affordable, I looked amazing when she was done. The girl I got was really nice and personable. Even though it was busy I didn't feel rushed.

Not stars!!! No good service! Was unpleasant to be there!!! I came from San Francisco CA and I stopped there to buy selina's make up and nobody said hi or something!!
