Everyone at this store is very kind and it is super clean and organized. Alex was so helpful and kind, he walked me across the store, offered great suggestions and even let me sample some things i was interested in. i was very pleased with my experience here and lush donates to great causes which is an added bonus! ?

I have never had a bad experience here! The workers are always bright, friendly and willing to tell you about products and give recommendations. I was looking for a specific bath bomb which they don't carry in their store (still online though YAY!) I asked about it and they found me MULTIPLE things I also loved with a similar scent/mood/vibe. I have super sensitive skin and I've never had issues with their products, although it can get expensive fast its well worth it to treat YO self. Bubble bars, bath bombs, face wash/scrubs.

My daughter Gabby and myself saw the store due to all the colorful Products displayed all over the store. We were greeted by Hannah and Luna, both with great personality, professionalism, kindness and passionate.They both answered very detailed for understanding. For our first time in the store will NOT be our last, we're sold.

I love this place Luna and Hannah u guys are literally awesome me and my mom came into there store today for the first time and I absolutely loved it they were so welcoming and when I asked for samples they gave them to us.this is Actually the best place ever and they have awesome personalities I literally love them most definitely coming back here ? ?

Today we went to Lush in Reno, Nevada @ The Summit. It was a wonderful experience, & Josh is a wonderful worker. He was very informative, helpful, & gave us samples in store & to go! Lots of product & wonderful smells. Thanks Josh we will be back!!!(Here's a picture of one of the items we bought, peach bathbomb!)

It is a lush store so you know the products are top shelf. It is the people in the store that make it or break it. The two Ladys that were working are the ones that get the 5 stars. 12 out of 10, I will go back into the store, and i dont like going into stores. Yaz rules!!!

Lush’s greed reflected by their insane and frequent price increases has priced me out. In 2023, the Honey I Washed The Kids was $33 for a large. This weekend all large bottles were priced at $40. I asked the store representative why and they played it off as if there had not been an increase. People are watching their wallets these days, so folks like me are very aware of pricing. Please be honest, it goes a long way. Regardless, I am researching a more affordable alternative to Lush until they drop the greed factor.

Lush never has items on sale, except for the day after Christmas! Run, don't walk to get these items!!!!! I love shopping here, staff is always really pleasant and willing to help you look for something you need.

Walking in you kind of get overwhelmed by all of the product, but the employees at the new Reno location, Luna & Hannah were so kind and helpful with picking out gifts for the holidays. They made my life so easy even though I was a bit indecisive! Thank you ladies so much! I appreciate you all so much!

I'm really glad we have a lush in town I love the products of the store and they also try and support local non profits and their products are just great quality. Only wish the service was slightly better but otherwise great place and location
