I knew there are multiple reasons I shop at Home Depot. Not only are the employees rude at this Lowe's but there is always stuff in the way at the checkout. I bring my cart full of hundreds of dollars in merchandise and I couldn't get through to self checkout. I go to try to move a couple things and the employee at self checkout exclaims, " SIR! YOU CANT MOVE THAT! I say well how do I get through to checkout? All she says is, "you should just go to customer service to checkout." WOW just wow. I'm usually in a hurry and time is money. I don't get paid walking around Lowe's to try to checkout. Especially being treated with disrespect. I won't have it. Absolutely unacceptable. I'll be going to Home Depot from now on or Ace hardware.

Do not order anything for pickup but if you do then plan on spending a considerable amount of time waiting. The pickup process has never been ideal but now they have managed to muddle it up even more with a new system that looks good but functions poorly.If you don't have staff working in the pickup department that is going to make it frustrating when customers arrive to pick up merchandise.I've checked in and I can see the computer monitor shows I've done so. I can even see the item I've come to pickup.Alas I can not see an associate to help me complete the process.There is a woman working in self checkout who has paged for help but that has fallen on deaf ears it seems.She is unable to actually help other than begging her coworkers to man their stationsI suppose it is somewhat comforting to know that I'm not being singled out. There are now 3 others who are having the same issue as I am.

Dont bother calling, they dont answer the phone. The message is clear, you must come to the store to see if they have a product.So i went to the store to see if they had the product i was looking for and there was not an employee in sight except at the cash register to take your money. I couldnt even get help locating the product. i was completely on my own. Dont go into this store on a saturday if you need help locating a product.

I was looking for a few different styles of pots for some new plants and to transplant one. I was able to find a couple of plastic self watering pots for about $5 each and some cactus mix potting soil for $10. There isn't much in that department due to the time of year, but there are the essentials.

Been avoiding this review for a bit. Years back, I used to live right between a Lowes and Home Depot and always ended up back a Lowes because the tool section was better and the employees were focused on customer service. And were nice.Then after covid...their customer service has gone to crud, employees are almost rude and no longer helpful.COME ON GUYS...get it tigether and get back to where you were. I dont care about prices if my service is spot on... and you have good prices, so step it up.

Clean store and nice employees.Kier, the other day went the extra mile helping me and a friend out with some paint needs. He mixed 5 gallons of paint, in one gallon cans. Without hesitation. Paint was properly mix.Thanks man for all your help!

Massive store with selections wonderfully laid out. Cabinet doors, counter top selections, spray paint colors, the options are endless.

It was great. I found what I needed. I made what's called a zipper board out of wood that I bought from there. It's what you hang zippers on as a tailor for easy access.

Don't use their service to have a door installed. I paid $45 to have someone come give me an estimate and told to come to the store to retrieve the estimate. I go to the store twice and there is no one there who can help with me with the door estimate and told to come back. 2nd time, I'm upset and inquire when I should come. I'm give an email as to who to call and to give that person the door I would like and then he will get back to me with an estimate. I don't know this person's name, don't know if he's the one who came to my house to give me an estimate. I would like to talk to someone before I order a door I may or may not want and one that may or may not fit the measurement he took that he didn't share with me. How is this of any help to me? This back and forth has gone on for a month now. I'm ready to call my credit card company and have the $45 refunded and go to a reputable door company to have this taken care of. This is the worst experience I've had while upgrading my house. If this is any indication of their other services, don't get them done here either. I had considered blinds here but no way!!

Way better than H. D. !!!They typically have all items for any project I am doing.Unlike H. D., Lowes is not usually out of one of my required items, requiring a trip elsewhere anyway.My first choice is LOWES.
