Yes they had the product I wanted for a good price but it's wasn't worth dealing the "customer service". They gave me a pickup day, then changed it. Gave me a number to call if I had questions about the pickup I called several times the phone just hangs up if no one answers can't leave a message and out of those several calls someone picked up twice and hung up on me. It was absolutely ridiculous. When someone finally picked up the phone she had the worst attitude. I don't think I'll be returning to Lowe's.
Update : the pick up went well and the product was great. It's a shame I didn't come across these employees when I first came to Lowe's, they were nice and helpful vs the employee on the phone.

Had an excellent experience buying the washer and dryer in the store. Sales person was knowledgable and friendly. That's where the good service ended. Lowes Reno has the WORST delivery service. Super unfriendly delivery crew arrived. Said they couldn't turn off the water valve and we needed a plumber. Rude, not problem solvers and just left without saying anything. I got home from work and turned the water off - not complicated. Tried to call to make another appointment and NOBODY answers the phone at the Reno Kietzke store. Called over two days and 20 calls - no answer. Had to call the corporate office to get a hold of a person. He was nice and rescheduled the appointment - on the WRONG day that we agreed to. He told me someone in Reno would call in 24 hours about the delivery fiasco - NO CALL. Next delivery crew arrived - 4 days later, hooked up the machines but didn't hook up the dryer hose and it was exhausting into the laundry room! I am only including the main points of their SHI..Y Service. You spend 3k and expect a little more. Won't EVER buy anything from Lowes again.

I appreciate Sydney (Syd) for all her work and assistance with someone that should be simple to do with mountain an AC and she had extremely good knowledge as an interior designer as well with knowing screw sizing etc. she went above an beyond. They should make her the Lowe's Concierge or something. She deserves a raise!, thank you for your help and patience in educating me Syd.

I can agree with all the reviews about installation services. I gave up waiting on any response - I attempted to get a fence replaced last September. They came out and provided the quote and told me it would be about 2-3 weeks once I approved the quote. After I approved the quote, I tried following up several times and was told they would contact me when they were ready to schedule. Eventually I was completely ghosted. Could not get any information from anyone at the store either. Now having to start the process all over. It's too bad - I was very happy with the quote and the service up until the point of actually getting the work completed. If they couldn't find a contractor - they could have communicated that. At least I hadn't paid anything yet.

Really glad. Glad they take Google and Android and iPhone payments unlike home Depot. But using my pro number at the self Jack house is always a disaster

Went to look for outside lighting... great selection, way more than Home Depot and far more affordable than the specialty lighting stores in town.

The drive-through lumber store was amazing. I was told only 3 stores in the US have that. If so, they should add it to more stores.

Lowes always has what I need and way cheaper than Home Depot in my area! Plus you get more military savings. As Home Depot only gives you $400 a year total and Lowe's gives.lots more!! Wish they were just closer than 3.5 hours.

Don’t bother shopping here. They never have cashiers, only self check out. Just making our shopping experience worse while Lowe’s pockets the extra money instead of paying people to run check out.
