What a great experience! We could not be happier with our new machine. It was such an easy transition. The transition was easy because of Madison Cupps. She was beyond helpful and extremely repsonsive. She walked me through all of the steps. Including the contract process. She was onsite to get everything set up and stayed to make sure everything was working they way we needed it to. She even came back a week later to make sure we were still happy and to check if we had any questions. I highly recommend Lockwood Moore.

We’ve had a wonderful experience with Lockwood Moore, but especially with our point of contact, George Golbov. He’s established a relationship with my entire office, and has an incredibly quick response time. If we need something that George can’t do remotely, he’ll typically show up within 30 minutes to help us. George and Lockwood Moore assisted us with moving offices recently and they made the process so easy and stress free. We can’t say enough great things about the team.

The techs at Lockwood Moore are always quick to respond to our issues and thorough. I want to give a shout out to tech Mike who discovered an issue, that had he not, would have cost us days of downtime with our fax capability. A $30 Netgear solved all our faxing issues, which isn't even Lockwood Moore's problem, it's our telephone provider's issue. He saved our telephone provider from replacing, under warranty, a very expensive part. Thank you Mike! :)

Lockwood Moore provides copiers services to our school. They are always timely, accurate and friendly. If we place service calls they are addressed quickly or we are notified when techs will be able to respond.
