Evan is very knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and patient. He knows how to keep the customers happy. We had rigid plank flooring installed at one of our rental properties. We wanted to change the order after the materials were delivered. Evan advised us that there would be a $500 charge for the exchange. We balked about the change. Evan spent lots of time explaining to us how he could work around the computer to make the charge disappear. He did it & save the business. It's $500 saving for us and a $10K business for the LL Flooring. We both won. Evan deserves a pay raise.
