Terrible customer service. All I needed was an oil change, and tried to make an appointment, but they do not answer the phone, and don't return calls if you leave a message. I finally got a hold of a helpful person in the sales dept (so it's really easy to buy a car there, but incredibly difficult to actually get that car serviced lol) who informed me that oil changes were handled on a first come, first serve basis. When I tried to drop my car off this morning they very busy, so I understand I needed to wait - but when I finally got someone to talk to me I was advised the wait time would be 4 hours. I went to Jiffy Lube instead and waited 30 mins and paid less too.

They are always very overpriced. Today I programmed a key and it cost me 125$ for 10 mins of work. other then that their service is fine.
