I am giving this auto repair one star because the were open. That is about it, I have been trying to work with them for several months and they have the worst customer service ever. Never call back, no updates, now you can not get a person on the phone, the system goes right to voicemail, which as I said, no, never a return call. NO parts that were allegedly ordered months ago, no nothing. Just a big waste of time and a lot of frustration.

If we could give 10stars I would. Tony and the whole crew did a fabulous job on restoring our Legecy bumper to new and shined The paint, mine is pearl blue, is a perfect match. And WOW, our car looked brand new inside too. We can not thank you enought.

I was extremely pleased with the treatment I received and the work that was done on my Subaru Outback at Lithia Body and Paint in Reno. Manager Larry Moreau and his crew did an outstanding job with the body work and the price I was quoted was excellent. When I picked up my car, I appreciated it had been thoroughly cleaned and was sparkling. Larry was very pleasant and personable; he understands what great customer service is and extends that to his customers. I would highly recommend Lithia Body and Paint to anyone who needs body work done on their vehicle.

These guys said they did work that they never performed and wanted to charge me full price. Cameron and Mitch both lied.
Don't trust them with your ride.
I was referred to them by Subaru of Carson City and was told that they could replace a pitch stop bracket that was cracked on my firewall. I bought the bracket from Subaru and was told that they could replace the existing cracked one with the new one for around $500. I also brought a Perrin reinforcement brace that goes around the bracket to reinforce it so it wouldn't crack again. When I went to pick it up they gave me back the new bracket I provided them and was told that the existing bracket was just welded. I did not ask them to weld the existing bracket as the new bracket is an improved design that is twice as thick to prevent cracking. They wanted to charge me $600 just for welding the crack on the existing bracket and putting the reinforcement brace on. After arguing with them they dropped the price down to $150 for installing the reinforcement brace and welding the crack. When I got the vehicle home and was able to disassemble it to see the work they had done to my surprise they had not even welded the crack at all and just put the reinforcement kit over the cracked bracket. On top of that they had left all of the bolts to the pitch stop loose and hadn't put my intake back together. I called them and they issued a refund without any sort of apology for wasting my time and lying to me. I had to drive to and back from Carson 3 times for this vehicle because of their incompetence.

I did some major damage to my Toyota when I hit a curb. My tire exploded and I did some major damage to underneath my car. A lot of wire were pulled out and there physical damage. I chose Lithia Body and Paint to do my repairs. It took awhile to do all the repairs but it was worth it. My car looks great . Thank you to Tony and Roxanne for putting up with my daily phone calls. I can be a pain. And thank you to all the repair technicians that did an amazing job. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you

I drove across town to get an estimate on my VW, as their website says free no-cost no-obligation estimates. What they don't tell you is that you have to make an appointment for an estimate, and I was told the soonest available was August 9 (two and a half weeks later). Thanks but no thanks.
