This is my 2nd jeep purchase at Lithia Chrysler Jeep of Reno. They once again made the process so simple and stress free! Tony was awesome and was able to work out a steal of a deal! Dirk was helpful and even helped moved things from my old jeep into my new one. Rowan was also really knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Just a wonderful team, all working together! I will never go anywhere else!

We went back to trade up for another vehicle. Once again, Ashton was super helpful and made our experience very easy. I will always recommend Lithia. We felt heard and taken care of, which is why we go back.
Our experience at Lithia Jeep was better than expected. We originally went in to buy my husband a new car but ended up buying 2 vehicles within a week. Ashton is awesome. He listened and helped us with everything we needed, and still responds if we have questions. He and the finance team made our car(s) buying process a bit more tolerable, we feel we have been taken care of, and that's a lot coming from a perpetually anxious person.
Tony and his team in the service department have been very helpful, installing my hitch and with our other minor requests. Katelyn has also been a great help when we needed anything. We have no regrets with our purchases or going to Lithia. I absolutely recommend them.

Robert Black And Tony sold me a total of 3 Vehicles all Jeep Grand Cherokee’s and let me tell you it has been nothing but a pleasure working with them. I would give zero stars if I could. If you look at their website under service it states MOPAR express service, oil changes no appointment necessary. I tried to call and confirm but went to voicemail so I went by the dealership. They have a lane for express service but I was told to go in the regular service lane and see an advisor. I followed their directions and went inside. There were 4 service advisors either on the phone or on their computers. I was the only customer. I waited nearly 10 minutes before I was acknowledged. I asked the advisor about the express oil change. He asked if I had an appointment. I mentioned their website side express service no appointment necessary...and was told no appointment no service, sorry. The next day I went to Carson Jeep in Carson City that also advertised express service for oil changes and no problem with getting the service done. I guess that is the local dealer vs. the national chain, but I would not recommend this dealership.

Juan Saenz was very professional. Not pushy at all when I was looking at Jeeps. He answered all of the questions I had and if he didn’t know the answer, then he quickly found it for me. Juan followed up with me regarding my purchase to make sure everything was as I expected and made sure that if I have questions or problems to contact him and he’ll be available. Excellent salesman!!!! The sales manager was very helpful and courteous as well. Worked with me regarding my trade-in value and accepted the price I presented to him. Overall experience with this dealership is 10 stars.
