I did most of my quinceañera decor through this store as well as my dress for a Star Wars theme. Not only were they incredibly accommodating and kind, but they also helped pitch some ideas as well and helped us get the perfect dress and decorations! They were excellent when it came to getting products on time as well! 100% recommend!

Very rude and unprofessional staff....On 10/26/2019, I visited this establishment in search of a dress to attend my granddaughter's Quinceañera. After choosing the dress I wanted (which also needed alterations), the clerk ( a young hispanic girl with glasses) told me to return back the following week to pick up the dress because it would be ready. Also, the young clerk informed me that their business was moving to a new location on 11/02/2019 (1587 Vassar Street). She also did not require me to prepay for the alterations to the dress. On 11/02/2019, I went to their new location on Vassar to find their entire store in total disarray and the same young clerk having to pull my dress from their moving truck parked outside in front of the store. The clerk informed me that the dress was not ready because they needed a deposit. I wanted to pay the deposit with my debit card only to be told that their Credit/Debit machine was not working. I only had $20.00 in cash available with me and in this age of 21st century technology with more people paying with debit cards, smart phones, ETC, I found this rather to be unusual for their business to operate this way. I paid the $20.00 to the young lady, she wrote the receipt on a 2-part carbon-copy receipt book and I left the dress at the store. On 11/09/2019, I returned to the store to pick up the dress. when I entered the store, it took nearly 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge my presence. I proceeded to try on the dress to find several grease stains on the dress. I spoke to another clerk at the store (a middle-aged hispanic woman) about the stains and was told that there was nothing they can do about it. I refused to accept the dress in this condition asked for my $20.00 deposit but was told that I needed my receipt in order to receive a refund. In spite of the young clerk recalling the entire transaction, the entire staff hassled me over this transaction. This was an overall BAD experience and recommend everyone to avoid this business to shop elsewhere.........I am also looking into reporting this incident to the Better Business Bureau.....

Very terrible service! My daughters dress was left to be tailored only to find out when I picked it up, that it wasn’t and then the staff argued and said they might be able to do it last minute, being the dress had been left for that reason... Staff is very rude!!!

I needed a dress tailored for my sister’s wedding that was not only too big on me but it was almost a foot too long. Lily only charged me $40 for the whole thing! We were in and out in 15 minutes. Definitely the most affordable place in town for tailoring! Her shop is also filled with beautiful, unique dresses and shoes.

I had previously bought a really nice baptismal candle set here but I would give zero stars for this experience if I could. First let me warn you there are NO prices on anything in this store. They charge whatever they feel like and I know that because something I bought had a $28 price tag written on it, but when I asked the price they told me $24 and when I paid charged me $23, so buyer beware. And mind you the same candle set that I bought previously went from $30-somethng to $60-something now. Shows what kind of business they do.

I used to love this place! I really did. They have great customer service, I’m not disappointed in that. But I had ordered a dress for me to wear to my prom early this year, because I’m a really picky person when it comes to picking dresses, because I Jaír do not like wearing them. But anyway I chose my dress 2 months early this year, because last year I had a been having many many problems at the other place I had gone too. They didn’t have any of my dress choices that I wanted, so this year I decided to come back to them. But I called the lady last week to see if they had my dress, because I had changed my whole mind about the dress, but I was still gonna wear it for a 15 I have tomorrow, Saturday, but the lady didn’t even order it because she did t want to pay shipping fee, and because I had “said” it is a dress that I’ll be wearing till later on this year so I never ordered that dress so I was going to ask for my money back, but I wanted to give another chamce, because I hate judging right away. And so I did. I made sure it was going to be here before Saturday and it was. I we t to try it on and everything, and it fit me a bit big, so I got it adjusted to where it fit me perfectly and they said it’d be ready by Friday and it was, but it was never adjusted. It still fits me big, but now I can’t do anything besides deal with it. I do not trust this place no more, the daughter I do trust, because she’s a bit more careful and she’s the one who is planning a party of mine but the mom I do not trust at all anymore.

From the moment we walked in we had the best experience. They are a full service place. My daughter's quinceañera was truly a dream thanks to Lily and her amazing staff. The quince dress packages are the best deal around. The choices for dama dresses are endless. The hall decorations are absolutely gorgeous and extremely affordable. I highly recommend! They made a stressful party planning time easy, affordable and they are so patient with the ever changing mind of a teenager. I really cannot emphasize enough how wonderful this place!
