Out of the 3 houses we’ve bought, dealing with Lennar has been an absolute nightmare. Nobody knows what the other person is doing internally. Both other times buying our houses have been very straightforward and smooth but I can’t say the same about Lennar. I’ve had to send the exact same documents multiple times because nothing is organized and we are on the date of closing without any closing in sight. An oversight on their part is pushing our close date out to who knows when and this could have absolutely been avoided. Avoid using them at all cost, the incentives are not worth it. 100% regretting using them as I know we would be closing today if we had used a different lender.And the issues continue, here we are 2 days after our close date and likely now have to wait until Monday to hopefully close then?! This has really tarnished our experience. We’ve been waiting 5+ months for our new home to come down to days of waiting around not knowing when we’ll be able to move in.

After having buyers sign a contract to buy our home in CA, we purchased a Lennar home in Dayton NV. Monica Gonzalez was our main contact at Lennar Mortgage. The entire Lennar process was very efficient and professional. Monica helped us through the process, answering questions, and was always available by phone or email. When the buyers of our CA home delayed the close for several weeks, Monica and Katy (Lennar Title) showed a lot of empathy and helped us through the process of resigning the Lennar documents. When our home closed in CA late on a Thursday , I had the keys to the new home on Friday. I would rate the entire process a 10. The Lennar team was awesome!

Monica did a great job. Monica made sure I understand and felt comfortable with all of the numbers in my contract before signing. She explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. Monica was very professional and easy to work with. Monica would call and check to see if I had any additional questions that needed answering. Monica made the process very smooth.

We had been looking for a place to buy, but the Real Estate Office that I had wasn't showing us much. I woke up one morning, decided we were going to look at a new home. I went out to new home section of Dayton, NV. Stopped at the Lennar office, met Margaret, very nice, took me to look at a home that she thought I would like. I told her I want a home with green grass and trees for my 2 girls (Maggie & Millie) Went home and discussed with my husband. We waited a couple of days. I went back to tell Margaret to tell he we wanted it. An offer had been made on it. She took me to another house very nice. I loved it. Margaret took me back to her office; we started filling out the paperwork. I met Julie Hold who turned to be our loan officer. She was very nice. Couldn't have had a better pair of ladies to work with. Julie was very knowledgeable. She made the signing of the papers, loan of the house, seem so simple. Within 6 weeks we had signed, sealed, and moved in on Oct 8. I didn't get a yard full of grass or a lot of trees. But my girls got a huge fenced in back yard to run around in. Sam & I have a 4-bedroom two bath home. I feel like a Queen in our new mansion! Lennar is the way to go!!!!!!! And if you do, ask for Margaret as sales lady and Julie as Loan officer.THANKS LENNAR.
